Both have their hits, both have their misses. At the end of the day, it just comes down to what you're into.
Look, we're all humans, which means we're all wired differently. Something triggers a memory for me, while you see something totally different. That's why this forum is probably the only place on the planet where the two of us will ever cross paths, and most likely, we won't ever meet again.

Again, it's all just subjective. Personally, I'd much rather listen to someone singing from the heart than someone just screaming their lungs out. Anyone can scream, but hardly anyone can sing from the soul..

It’s because clearly some people here can't wrap their heads around the fact that the song "Tolerant" isn't about anything else other than how all human beings—Black, White, Asian, whatever—are equal. It's about not grouping people based on skin color or religion or any of that nonsense. Basically, it's about saying racism shouldn't exist, which has absolutely nothing to do with the whole "patriotism" thing mentioned earlier!!!
It’s just obvious that some folks find that too deep to grasp since he sang it in his own unique style, rather than making it some "easy listening, easy lyrics" nursery rhyme that even (sadly) those with special needs could follow, like, "is the guy white, black, or yellow? He's just like you—so if you're a racist, shut your mouth."

Hey everyone, I’m reaching out because I desperately need some advice and a little help!
I'll try to give you the rundown of what happened, though it's a bit of a mess.
So, back on April 29th last year, I was driving down the main road and decided to pull into a parking lot. I swung wide to the left—not to be reckless, obviously, but just to make sure I didn't scrape the car already parked on my left side. My car was angled, basically mid-maneuver, and I was just trying to straighten up to slide into the spot when this other driver just barreled right into me. They slammed into me so hard they shoved my car about 15 or 20 feet sideways. Their left side absolutely wrecked my passenger side—rear right door, fender, the whole works...
Then things got weird. Two cops showed up to investigate, and get this—one of them was practically neighbors with the guy who hit me! They actually tried to pressure me into just "settling it privately," even though the guy wouldn't even admit he did anything wrong. Since I was bleeding from a head wound, they had to call Emergency services, which meant they had to process the scene. At the hearing, that same cop was incredibly rude and condescending to me; he actually had the nerve to suggest it was my fault just because I decided to get in my car in the first place. Long story short, the report they filed splits the blame. They're pinning it on me for an improper turn, but they completely ignore how the actual collision went down.
I ended up hiring a lawyer, but he doesn't specialize in traffic law, so he hasn't really achieved much. All he found out is that the case was moved to a court in the guy's hometown for the hearing, which feels super sketchy to me. And honestly... 9.3 miles. To make matters worse, his grandfather was also a lawyer, so now I’m terrified there’s some shady backroom dealing going on. Plus, I haven't heard a single word from the municipal court since then. All I have is the police report, which I never signed because I don't agree with a single word in it.
What am I supposed to do? What are my options here? The facts are totally on my side, but everything feels rigged.
One more thing: there's a crosswalk marked near that parking lot, maybe 40 meters away. The speed limit is 25 miles/h (there's a sign clearly posted), but the cops wrote down 31 miles/h, and his skid marks were 24 meters long.
I know I've condensed this quite a bit, but I hope it makes sense. I am seriously desperate for some help here.
