You’ll need a signed parental consent form to authorize your business activities, though some government offices are even more bureaucratic—they might demand to see a property deed too.
Give Jankomir a shot.
Who cares if it feels a bit intrusive? They’re there for your sake, not yours. After all, they're being funded by the government—which is just another way of saying they're being funded by you...

I think so.

That’s impossible. You can't be currently employed and enrolled in a training program at the same time. Besides, you end up paying double the contributions—wasn't that just the big debate recently?
What’s the going rate for a sleep study to check for snoring at a facility in a place like Bethesda, assuming you don't have supplemental insurance?
That was my experience last week too... maybe we're dealing with some new strain of virus or bacteria, or who knows what else?
I know this is going to sound absolutely horrific, but you'll actually survive one day without your coffee and kale salad for the sake of your health, won't you?😁

If you need urgent ENT care at St. Jude’s, you can head straight there without a referral... just make sure you go to the main building on the upper floor; it's separate from their standard ER wing.
No.
A brain MRI would likely be the better call here..
If you're heading abroad to see a private specialist and paying out of pocket, then of course you can.
You show up at a new place and they hand you some paperwork to fill out. If there’s an opening available, you complete the forms and that’s the end of it.

Look, once you call and explain the situation, if they decide it isn't a true EMERGENCY, they simply tell you they aren't coming. If they do show up, you aren't charged anything unless it was genuinely critical. It's pretty straightforward, really.
What about your iron levels or hemoglobin? I’m dealing with low potassium and ferritin myself, and let me tell you, the exhaustion is just as real as what you described.
Your cholesterol isn't actually that high, but you really ought to focus on boosting your HDL—try eating more green vegetables.
I’m certainly not much of a fruit eater either.😢

What dosage are you currently on? Let me know how you're holding up on the Eli Lilly—I'm particularly curious about any side effects you might be dealing with..

Maria Fisher46 said:To provide any useful feedback on these labs, I need context: why were these specific tests ordered? Is the patient experiencing symptoms, and was the blood drawn while fasting?

Follow-up—about a year ago, hemoglobin and potassium were low, and cholesterol was classic high at 10...
Yes, fasting. Age 33, if that matters...
Aside from the follow-up, the patient is feeling pretty exhausted and highly stressed (dealing with tinnitus and anxiety). Nothing else significant to report.
