If you ask me, we're looking at stress plus the early stages of depression here. It might not cover every single symptom on your list, but for most of them? Yeah, that's usually the culprit.
Stress can absolutely wreck your health and trigger all sorts of random symptoms—some people get hit harder than others, obviously.
Look, once you've cleared those "basic" tests and everything comes back normal, that’s a win, I guess. But personally, I’d probably ask my doctor if they think seeing a therapist might be a good move. Honestly, it might be easier to just vent to someone who actually listens when your mental state is clearly taking a hit. Good luck. 🙂

Been a minute, but I’m finally back at it with a new video on "sports nutrition":

Can't sleep tonight in Health ·
I mean, catching two hours of shut-eye is better than absolutely nothing, but honestly, if you can swing it, try not to nap during the day so you don't completely wreck your sleep schedule 🙂. Of course, if you’re running on fumes and your eyes are practically glued shut from total exhaustion, then yeah, go ahead and grab a quick nap 🙂.

Just dropped a new video where I break down some actual useful tips on how to build a healthy plate from scratch 🙂

Thanks a ton, brightviper29. When I eventually put together a video specifically focused on cholesterol, I'll definitely make sure to bring up that idea you shared; there's just no way I can cover every single angle in one go if I want to keep the video snappy 🙂.
As for my girlfriend, I think I'll leave her out of this one, mostly because this whole topic isn't exactly her cup of tea 🙂

Hey everyone,

So, I’ve decided to pick up this little side project because, despite ending up working in IT 🙂,^I've been obsessed with nutrition and medicine since I was a kid.

Basically, I'm making these "short" YouTube videos to break down how certain habits can actually boost our health, and I'm hoping you guys might find them useful too.

Here’s the link to the channel: LINK

Feel free to drop any feedback, criticism, or random ideas my way—honestly, trying to put together a decent video when you're juggling a job, a girlfriend, a social life, and everything else isn't exactly a walk in the park.

Just to get ahead of the inevitable comments about why I'm talking about this stuff without being a doctor myself: I totally get it, and I'm not claiming to be an expert. I’m really just distilling what the scientific studies say and what I pick up from reading medical textbooks (yeah, I actually read those...).

The goal is one video a week, mostly because it takes a massive amount of time to dig through enough quality material to make something actually worth watching. In the meantime, you can catch some quick facts over on my Instagram, where I also post updates on when new videos drop https://www.instagram.com/zdraveminute/

If you want to help me out, the biggest favor would be sharing this with your friends or anyone who might be interested 🙂.

Have a good one 😉
Terrible bloating in Health ·
Look, this feels more like a psychological thing than anything else, though I’m sure you guys have already clocked that 🙂.
The bloating might actually be manageable if he just cuts out certain triggers—stuff like high-fiber foods, wheat/gluten, lactose, beans, or even just excessive sugar
. Tell him to slow down when he eats, ditch the stuff that causes gas, and start hitting the gym; honestly, I bet things would improve pretty quickly with those changes alone
. Does he have any underlying digestive issues?
