Look, you don't necessarily have to be sick. Stress, nerves, constant worrying, lack of sleep, exhaustion, eating junk—all that chaos can trigger these kinds of symptoms. Just take a breather—seriously, slow down for a second—look at the big picture, and if you need to, start getting your act together in those areas. For me, it’s always the same deal—as soon as I overdo it at work and my sleep schedule goes totally out the window, I end up getting sick.
Before you head out and while you're actually on the road—skip the dairy entirely. No milk, no cheese, nothing. Stick to dry, salty stuff instead—think crackers, toast, or maybe some sausage (way better than deli meat!). Stick to water or tea, too. If you really need a little energy boost, a tiny bit of fruit or a square of chocolate is fine, but keep it minimal. Avoid reading while the car is moving—no bending over or twisting around either... honestly, even just texting on my phone makes me feel a bit off!

I was just wondering—what kind of creams are we talking about here? Like, specifically for skin tightening, or is there some other type meant for this issue? Right now I’m just using baby oil, so I'm totally in the dark...
I ran the numbers, and apparently, 20.9 is the sweet spot. Man, I’ve definitely got some extra weight around the midsection—my lower half is looking a little soft lately. Is it just working out, or what...?
It is absolutely vital that you never let yourself get ravenous. I’m talking about that level of hunger where you feel like you could eat the whole table—so, these days, I make sure to grab a little snack every two hours. The key is keeping it healthy and picking something that actually fits the time of day. My go-to snacks are usually just some fresh fruit or maybe some whole grain crackers (you can find plenty at Target) paired with tea or a yogurt.
