Quick question for the group. I'm looking into starting an LLC for a textile wholesale business—mostly small inventory stuff. Does anyone know what the minimum requirements are for office or warehouse space? For instance, could I realistically convert a 30 m2 garage into a functional commercial space?
April 19, 2006. I got pulled over for speeding and slapped with a $167 fine plus court costs. Within eight days, I filed an appeal and turned it into the local Police Department. Since then? Total radio silence. But this morning, I found a yellow notice in my mailbox saying there's a certified letter waiting for me at the post office. At this point, what else could it be besides a summons? Does anyone know what happens if I just don't pick it up? Also, any tips on how I might be able to stall this for another couple of months?

Do you guys follow any of these tips I listed?
I follow all of that and then some 😉
Start eating 6-7 times a day, load up on protein, and grab those healthy fats like walnuts, fish oil, and flaxseed oil. Stick to complex carbs like oatmeal, eat tons of veggies, and don't go overboard with the fruit. Just doing that will make a massive difference. If you throw in a gym routine three times a week, you’re going to see killer results and feel amazing about yourself.
I wish someone had pointed me toward this path when I was 17. 😢
Sweet, so it’s not just me then. 😁 It’s gotta be some deep-seated psychological thing buried in my subconscious, because I actually volunteer for blood work and dentist visits before things get bad—plus, I've seen enough needles and blood in my time to last a lifetime.
I was wondering if hypnosis might actually help clear this up? Honestly, it’s such a nuisance since I know deep down it's pointless; I don't even really feel the prick or the pain.
But man, I was pretty shocked when I felt lightheaded at the dentist last time, especially since I've had local anesthesia before with zero issues... hmmm, guess I'm just totally messed up. 😬
So basically, every single time I have blood drawn, I pass out. 😁 I know, I’m such a wimp. 😳
Ali, I was at the dentist recently and when they went to give me the local anesthetic, I felt lightheaded again (pretty sure it's just because I saw the needle). The weird part is that I've had hundreds of shots in my life—mostly for allergy immunotherapy treatments—and I never once felt sick or blacked out. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can stop this reaction whenever I need blood work done? Is there even anything I can do? I'd actually love to become a blood donor, but this whole thing totally blocks me.
Any thoughts? Advice?
I feel like the only thing that actually ties us together is how we’ve both just been treated like little pincushions😁
I dealt with this stuff for about 10 years because of my allergies to dust, pollen, cigarette smoke, and all that. Most of the side effects are exactly what William Doyle2 mentioned. But honestly, if you have a sister who's good with a needle, I don't think you'll run into any real issues. You might just end up with a little bruise on your arm. Anyway, I really hope it helps you out!
Sure, you can take it, but it’s honestly unnecessary since it doesn't actually help with fat loss. A daily calorie deficit is the only real solution. There is NO MAGIC PILL FOR LOSING WEIGHT!

what am I supposed to do now: make some cash so I can afford the "supplements" (gear, foods, whatever)...
I want to drop a few pounds and look decent by summer.
what should I take right now?
thanks

Out of all those supplements, honestly, all you really need is some pure whey protein and maybe a bit of maltodextrin (but only if you're actually hitting the gym, then drink it after your workout). Otherwise, just spend your money on something more useful. Diet is everything! Cut back on carbs, bump up your protein, and start doing some cardio (either a quick 16-minute HIIT session or something a little lighter for about 30-40 minutes). If you switch to eating 6-7 smaller meals a day, you'll definitely see results. But again, diet is king. You have to stay in a calorie deficit every single day.
