Why on earth don't I have those kinds of issues?😛
Anyway, we ended up buying a scale. I just feel like I need to stay on top of things. 😵 [/B] 😛 You really don't, though. That whole "need for control" thing is mostly for us curvy types.😁 You've already got everything you need.👋
I'm rooting for you 👍 But if I were you, I'd try cutting back on the bread and sugary desserts. Try swapping those out for fish or lean poultry paired with some veggies and a fresh salad more often. The most important thing is just getting started 👋

It’s funny, though... when I step outside for a walk, the sunshine feels absolutely gorgeous. 🙄 😁
Honestly, I look like a boiled lobster right now. My eyes are all cloudy and red, my nose won't stop running, and everything just stings and itches constantly. To make matters worse, I'm not even sleepy—it's more like I have zero energy to even keep my head upright.
I haven't picked up any nasal sprays yet, so I'll start with Claritin and then maybe switch to Fexofenadine if that doesn't do the trick. Looks like I'll be living on pharmacy supplies again.👎
My mom tried one of those detox syrups a while back—I think it was called Tony Danza. Everything about it is supposedly all-natural and healthy, but apparently, you can't touch it if you have any kidney issues. Honestly, I'm not even entirely sure what other conditions it might clash with.🙄
I wouldn't dream of getting into a heated debate about sweat color; I simply reported what the woman described in her book. My take is that the main point was just that the sheet ends up stained with sweat and loaded with toxins, so you really ought to wash it before you use it again.
Oh, sorry about that! I was just about to type that exact thing when my phone started ringing.🙂
She’s laughing in the sauna, and he’s actually suggesting this DIY version of the treatment. Basically, you fill up three heating pads with hot water, take an apple cider vinegar bath, and then lie down on a damp sheet. You place the heating pads on your feet, your stomach, and your chest—or something like that—wrap yourself up tightly in the wet sheet, and just stay there for about 45 minutes. Supposedly, by the end, the sheet is practically covered in spots from all the toxins being pulled out.
He also mentions you really need someone to help you get wrapped up properly.
To put it simply, the book suggests taking a weekend or even an entire month to focus on a total detox. The idea is to cut out coffee, dairy, and white flour entirely, while keeping your food intake as minimal as possible. Beyond just what you eat, the author emphasizes the importance of baths—think Epsom salt soaks, vinegar baths, or something soothing with lavender. Once you're done soaking, you just wrap yourself up in a warm towel and take it easy. Stick to herbal teas, and try to steer clear of hairsprays or any cosmetics that aren't all-natural. And most importantly, drink plenty, plenty of fluids.
Aapchiha😢 I usually start feeling the symptoms by late February. I’m stuck dealing with constant congestion, sneezing, and coughing all the way through the end of autumn... It’s exhausting. Last year, I actually got a tip from a local herbalist on how to handle it—apparently, if you start taking small amounts of bee pollen in January, it can actually prevent the allergy from kicking in. They even let me try a little bit, and honestly, it worked wonders! Now, I can’t find any anywhere. From what I hear, beekeepers don't harvest them until late summer.🙄
