I've been dealing with some chest pain for about two weeks now. It’s located near my left arm. About a month ago, I had these pulsating pains in the upper left side of my chest, and now they've returned. Last night, my heart was pounding so hard it felt like it was shaking me, which makes sleeping pretty uncomfortable. I did get an EKG done a month ago, and everything seemed fine at the time.
I checked my blood pressure today, and it stayed around 145/90 almost all day. That seems a little high, I guess.
I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow. I plan on carrying weights and using my stationary bike all day to prepare.

What could this be? Maybe nerve issues? Or an arrhythmia?

I don't really think it's an arrhythmia. People usually say an arrhythmia feels like your heart is "skipping a beat," but that isn't what I feel. It just pounds heavily during the night. It might happen during the day too, though I might not notice since I'm active constantly. I stay moving from morning until night, so I get pretty exhausted. I'm at work by 8:00 AM, walking the dog at 3:00 PM, and then I'm out doing things again at 6:00 PM until maybe 8:00 or 9:00 PM. This is my daily routine.

Is this actually happening... is this even possible??😲

Over the last five or six times, after using a condom, I've been getting this slight itching around the tip. It turns red and itches... it’s become quite irritating for me. Last time I used a Trojan, thinking maybe Durex was the issue... but now I'm wondering, is this really a thing??

Has anyone else dealt with this? Or am I just stuck without condoms? 😁

I’ve been in a long-term, stable relationship, so I’m not seeing other people. I suppose I could suggest my girlfriend switch to pills, but using condoms has become such a habit... and now it's causing me trouble. 😲

I wouldn't be too sure about that. I'd almost say you might be mistaken, at least based on my own experience...
About a month ago, we were looking to buy an apartment in San Diego. The lady had purchased it just last year, and there was all this talk about this potential issue—that 35% tax the seller would have to pay. It seemed senseless, as she would just end up losing money. In the end, it turned out that for some reason, that wasn't even applicable. Maybe it was because of how that specific law works, or perhaps because we were still under contract. Ultimately, the deal fell through for other reasons—mainly due to the real estate agencies (which, honestly, feel like untrained and unprofessional junk in 80% of cases). That whole situation actually ended up in court. We sued the agent for professional negligence and lack of seriousness, which resulted in us losing a bit of money.
Anyway... getting back to the main point, what is the status of that law? Is it actually in effect? If it is, why didn't it apply to my situation?

As for showing off, I still remember this one guy from our dermatology lab. He walks in acting like he’s got something huge to show, while half the class is sitting right there behind the doctor watching him strip down 😁.

So, I have my doubts about this being an infection...
I have these tiny little "pimples" on my penis. There are maybe five or six of them, and they are clustered pretty close together.

They don't hurt and I can't really feel them. They become more noticeable during an erection because they take on a slight lump-like shape. They are very, very small lumps. If I try to squeeze them like a pimple on my face, some white "material" comes out—it’s quite thick. Sometimes I manage to squeeze out a tiny bit of that "mixture" you usually find in facial pimples, but the white part stays behind. It feels like a little white bead that just wants to stay inside my skin.😁
It’s located somewhere in the middle of the shaft, near the urethra where the semen comes out.

I was looking through a home medical manual I have (it's like 900 pages, lol), and the closest thing I could find to my issue is Molluscum...

My question is: has anyone had similar experiences, and is this dangerous?
I have been sexually active with my girlfriend for about three months, but this issue is older than that, so she isn't the cause. She doesn't have any symptoms, and we use protection, specifically condoms, every time.

Also, who should I see? A dermatologist?
