Shellfish lover?

So, I have my doubts about this being an infection...
I have these tiny little "pimples" on my penis. There are maybe five or six of them, and they are clustered pretty close together.

They don't hurt and I can't really feel them. They become more noticeable during an erection because they take on a slight lump-like shape. They are very, very small lumps. If I try to squeeze them like a pimple on my face, some white "material" comes out—it’s quite thick. Sometimes I manage to squeeze out a tiny bit of that "mixture" you usually find in facial pimples, but the white part stays behind. It feels like a little white bead that just wants to stay inside my skin.😁
It’s located somewhere in the middle of the shaft, near the urethra where the semen comes out.

I was looking through a home medical manual I have (it's like 900 pages, lol), and the closest thing I could find to my issue is Molluscum...

My question is: has anyone had similar experiences, and is this dangerous?
I have been sexually active with my girlfriend for about three months, but this issue is older than that, so she isn't the cause. She doesn't have any symptoms, and we use protection, specifically condoms, every time.

Also, who should I see? A dermatologist?

It’s a mollusk, maybe 5mm or even a bit larger. It has this little indentation right in the center, and if you squeeze it, some cheesy stuff comes out. It's a viral infection, so the only real fix is getting it removed.

Personally, I think you might just have slightly enlarged sebaceous glands or maybe those glands that produce smegma (which are also sebaceous, technically). Neither of those things can really be "cured" (and it's probably the latter). If you're dead set on seeing someone, you should probably go to a dermatologist.

Nah, those bumps are just part of the deal. You can't exactly wash them away 🙂.

As for the whole exhibitionist thing, I still haven't forgotten that one poor guy back during our dermatology rotations. He walks in there thinking he's some big shot, flashing everything while half the class is sitting right behind the doctor like an audience. Like, please, just put some clothes on 😁.

It could be molluscum contagiosum—though it might not be. You can't exactly get a definitive diagnosis through a screen. Your best bet is to see a dermatologist—they have effective treatments available.
