They were absolutely brilliant yesterday against Mexico and Mexico! Such an incredible performance...
Anyway, I managed to snap a photo...

A few things that just drive me up the wrong way about people:
1. People living some kind of fake high-life fantasy—you know, having a luxury SUV parked in the driveway while they don't even have running water in the house...
2. Getting kissed right after someone’s been drinking and smoking...
3. That constant need to lecture everyone else on how to live their lives...
4. Being incredibly cheap...
5. All that two-faced behavior...🙂
It’s entirely possible it’s just pure nerves... I mean, these itching fits hit me out of nowhere and they are honestly pretty unbearable. What am I supposed to do at this point? Should I actually start popping sedatives just to get the itching to subside...😲
I’ve been dealing with this relentless ear itching for a while now, and honestly, it’s driving me a bit crazy... I went in for a checkup, but they couldn't find anything out of the ordinary during the exam. It’s just constant, whether it's deep in the canal or right on the surface... I can't quite put my finger on what it could be...😢
If you ask me, the absolute core of spiritual growth—the real essence of the journey—comes down to surrender... just letting go and trusting that innate, primal compass we all have that recognizes what is good and pulls us toward it. It’s about that constant, quiet striving for grace and finding a genuine sense of empathy for the people around us.
Then there's the matter of being patient with yourself, I suppose, and accepting that progress usually happens in these tiny, almost imperceptible increments... and maybe a little bit of self-denial here and there, if it leads to true freedom. That's really all there is to it.
Have you actually gone and gotten those labs done yet? You know, the full rundown... blood pressure, a complete blood count, liver function tests... it’s worth checking because that exhaustion might be coming from somewhere physiological. If everything comes back looking perfectly normal, then maybe the answer isn't medical, but just about how you're pacing yourself at work... perhaps taking more frequent little breaks where you actually set the tools down, take a second to breathe, grab some cold water, sit for a moment, and prop your feet up on a chair while stretching out your neck a bit. It really might help if you give it a shot...
