Honestly, renting out a house during the off-season shouldn't be that difficult. There are tons of vacation rentals sitting empty during those months.
I would love to do that with my own place.
I'm just not sure how much it would bother you as a renter to not have your own stuff in there (if you catch my drift)—you’d basically always feel like a guest.
But hey, I’m offering up a 75-square-meter home during the off-season, complete with a gorgeous yard and a pool, plus I've got central pellet heating installed. That's the deal!
