For me, the absolute worst part was thinking I’d actually pulled some tiny piece of flesh or skin out of the pore... gross!!!
And you just keep going until your hands give out and you don't have anything left to push with.☕

No, you're the genius here.
Stop opening threads on every other forum instead of finally taking your ass to a doctor.
No sane person reading about skin fissures around the vaginal area is going to suggest anything other than seeing a physician.
Look, stop being such a critic whenever I have to be blunt with you.
I’ve actually been examined by medical professionals; when things were getting critical, they didn't shy away from me.
You’ve posted on five different threads about how sick and miserable you feel. If what you’re writing here is truly causing you that much physical distress, pack a bag and go see a doctor already.
I honestly, TRULY will never understand how some women can be so incredibly foolish.
You’ve got cracks, wounds, and issues in your most private areas, yet you refuse to seek medical help just because you’re too embarrassed to be examined.🙄
I just had a recent experience at my workplace. A colleague—nearly 60 himself—noticed blood in his semen. He was also having trouble urinating, so unlike your father, he didn't mess around; he went straight to the doctors and insisted on every single test available. Even though all his labs and markers came back within the normal range, he pushed for a prostate biopsy.
Well, he's been stuck in the hospital for three weeks now. He developed sepsis following the procedure, even though his initial results were perfectly fine.

It’s an uphill battle just getting me through the door. I really need to schedule a full physical because I've got quite a few issues piling up. Being totally wiped out for a few days every month is just the tip of the iceberg. Maybe I'll get on top of it this fall. And honestly, menopause scares the hell out of me. My mom had a brutal time with it—she still hasn't truly recovered, even at 73.
And what about hormone replacement therapy? I honestly think you should look into it. When PMS symptoms start creeping up during your later years, it’s almost always tied to that initial dip in hormone production.

So why don't you start following your own family's lead then?
I'm sure he wasn't out jogging along the riverbank every morning and eating watermelon for breakfast. 😉
I eat and move pretty much exactly like my grandmother did, and she made it to 93. I smoke just like she did. I have my beers and glasses of wine just like she did.
