I’ve been on Ozempic for about a week now—nothing too bad so far. My appetite hasn't spiked, no water retention issues, and no headaches yet...

Same here.
The first few days were fine.
But today—the cramps are hitting harder. It's brutal.😢 If this keeps up for another seven days, I’m officially done with them—honestly.
I just can't deal with this anymore.
It's pretty depressing.
😢 And forget sex—not happening.

That’s pretty standard for this time of year—I deal with the same thing every year right before spring hits. Might be worth upping your vitamin intake a bit. 🙂
