Nothing seems like it’ll actually help here. .. anyway, I wanted to tell you that it’s really not that big of a deal visually... a long, long time ago, some kid told me it actually looks kind of cute and edgy, like some kind of wild animal markings or something... 😉 😉
So, has anyone actually messed around with home remedies? Like, using apple cider vinegar compresses? Yeah, I know, it stings like crazy at first and the smell is pretty intense 😢 , but it actually helps... sometimes...
thanks, 🙂 so, I actually picked up some ginger yesterday... grabbed that bottled stuff from Trader Joe's!! (it was the only kind they had in stock) hopefully it does the trick, but I'm gonna stick to this ginger tonic first (pretty sure it's the one from Shanta), and then depending on how things go, maybe try some ivy... you guys are awesome 😛 ..... thanks for the recipes.. if anyone else has anything else, just drop it here...
Keith Robinson2 It’s cheap, it’s organic, it’s basically free... but yeah, it takes some mental heavy lifting. Still... My secret weapon against cellulite? JUST POSITIVE VIBES. Try paying attention to when your cellulite flares up versus when it seems to chill out, you know?
Keith Robinson2, I don't know if I can totally get on board with that. If you're on birth control, that stuff just keeps building up day after day, and honestly, no amount of "positive thinking" is going to stop those hormones from doing their thing. 😢 ... It’s kind of like taking pills designed to *cause* cellulite, so you really have to deal with it—whether that's through massage, actual skincare, or whatever else actually works to shrink it down. That's just the reality of it. I mean, sure, being positive helps your headspace, but it's not a magic eraser. And are you seriously telling me yours just vanished? Like, one day it was there and the next—poof—gone? If that's true, I am beyond jealous! 🙏
Where did everyone disappear to? I’ve actually got this tea recipe for cellulite. I know, I know—it’s a bit of a project since it takes forever to prep, but if anyone wants to give it a shot this summer or fall... let me know. Cherry blossom tea for cellulite Cherry blossom petal tea You have to dry the petals in the shade, which honestly takes a few months. Then, right before you want to use them, you soak them. Just aim for about half a teaspoon per liter of water. Try drinking 3 or 4 teaspoons a day.
Kenneth Hernandez67 Kenneth Hernandez67 Kenneth Hernandez67 hey, what happened to that essential oil recipe? please, just drop it already... And I’m also curious about that ivy water thing; how do you actually apply it? Like, do you use gauze compresses? And you mentioned using the water after a massage and tossing the leaves—wait, *after* the massage?!... so the plan is to scrub first with a coarse glove and then apply the water?🙄 How long am I supposed to be massaging? Also, Nancy Price46 was asking how often you’re supposed to apply it. Thanks for the help........
Here’s another one using oak bark: Oak bark Mix about 50 grams of finely ground oak bark with 200 grams of warmed olive oil. Use it to massage the areas where you're seeing cellulite. After the massage, try alternating between hot and cold water on those spots, then scrub them down with a loofah. Do this for ten days straight, then just a few times a week after that. Thanks Kenneth Hernandez67 for that ivy water recipe. I'm still waiting on that essential oil one... just hoping there's no cinnamon involved. That stuff gives me a nasty allergic reaction.😢
Hey everyone! I’m curious to get your take on something. Has anyone ever heard of these kinds of natural cellulite remedies? I actually pulled all this from some old beauty and wellness manual—can't quite remember the exact title, just something along those lines... 1. Person Boil up about 300 grams of parsley leaves in 2 liters of water, then once it cools down, use that liquid for massaging the areas where you're seeing cellulite... You soak some gauze or a washcloth in the liquid, massage the spots thoroughly for a while, and then just lie down and leave the damp cloth on your skin overnight!? 😲 😕 2. Oak bark... I'll get into the details on that one when I feel like writing again.. Seriously though, what do you guys think? Anyone actually tried anything like this before?🙂
