Try to get some capsules or something containing turmeric (derived from the Curcuma longa root). I know you can find the powder used as a spice in local grocery stores, but capsules typically offer a much higher concentration of active ingredients. Apparently, it has anti-tumor properties. Do some research, look into it, and good luck!

Look, I didn't really connect with the poetry either, but that's just my thing. Everything else—the acting, the visuals, the story—was perfectly fine. It did leave me feeling a bit unsettled, though, knowing that right before heading to Boise, I had that argument with my brother 😳

I used to read through all the critiques along with the plot summaries, but I eventually realized I’d much rather go in blind and let the story surprise me.
That's why my current strategy is to just skim for the most general impressions—even if they might be slightly off, at least I won't know the specifics😁—and then check in with people whose taste I actually respect. After that, I head to the theater or pull something up on Netflix with a relatively blank slate.🙂 So far, this approach hasn't let me down.

That’s exactly what the movie is about. I wouldn't go so far as to say the character is idealized, especially considering he was still just finding his footing at that stage. However, he did make it clear that there is no such thing as a revolution without bloodshed. 😉

Word on the street is that Americans are working on a movie about Che Guevara, though it likely won't be about his motorcycle travels. 😬
