Look, you don't really have to cough up those $1.75...nobody's forcing your hand...well, unless an inspector decides to roll through, I guess. Personally, I signed up just two days before the end... pretty sure I spent less than $6.75, even though I was there the whole week...never saw a single official checking anyone. Oh, right...besides that, you've got those eco-toilets available (honestly, skip them) and cold showers

Look, there’s always going to be a baseline set of needs required just to stay alive. Everything else? That's mostly artificial fluff.

It’s pretty obvious that progress just creates more manufactured cravings. If time stood still, our basic requirements wouldn't change. Take Indian culture, for instance—it relies heavily on ancient traditions, especially out in the rural parts of the country.
