I was holding out hope they might announce someone a bit more "substantial" as a headliner—you know, someone with actual staying power—but now that the posters are officially out in the wild, it looks like my window of optimism has slammed shut.🕺

Honestly, just knowing they’re on the lineup makes the ticket price entirely worth it. 😎

So, I logged in like everything was perfectly normal around 10:00 AM today—no issues at all. But then, when I tried to hop back on a little later, the system starts throwing "incorrect login or password" errors right in my face. It felt like someone had just waltzed right into my account and swapped out my credentials without asking. 😕

I gave it some time to breathe and tried again after a bit, and now everything seems to be working fine. Hopefully, it was just a temporary glitch and nothing more sinister. 🤷

There are some genuinely strong headlines here... 🙂

My point wasn't about my own gear—it was directed at the incompetent organizers behind these Lollapalooza-style festivals who clearly haven't a clue how to manage basic weather contingencies.

I mean, really—the VIP section was handing out these cute little swag bags filled with random trinkets, yet they couldn't handle the elements. 😉

The sheer incompetence shown by organizers when it comes to prepping for basic weather shifts at Lollapalooza is quite possibly the most pathetic form of amateurism I’ve ever witnessed.
We knew it was going to pour at least ten days in advance—it was practically on the forecast—yet these people acted like they were caught in some unprecedented freak storm. Just total, unprepared amateurs.
And then, to top it all off, they hand out two rain ponchos to a group of three. 🤦

It’s honestly quite charming how you’ve approached this—sitting down with such academic rigor to dissect someone’s entire discography. You’re treating it like some high-stakes scientific research project rather than just listening to music. 😁

Since my skin is pretty pale, I tend to have quite a few moles. I went to see a dermatologist recently to get them checked out, but the whole exam felt rushed—it was like she did a "supersonic" scan in about thirty seconds flat. 🙄 Everything is fine, apparently.

That said, I’d really prefer to see a doctor who will actually take the time to examine every single EVERY SINGLE mole, and properly use a dermatoscope to look closely.

Are there actually any specialists like that in Chicago? 🤷

If anyone has a recommendation, please let me know 🙏

Garcia 🥳 was fine, I guess—tolerable, but certainly not enough to pull me away from anything else...

Moby 🙏 delivered an absolute powerhouse of a performance... that woman absolutely kicks ass...

Lily - such a little sweetheart; she was all smiles, acting like a kid at their very first school play, but the second she spots her parents in the crowd, she just completely opens up. 😍

Rokia - absolutely incredible! The woman is a force of nature—the way she commands that stage... man... 😍 😍

Kraftwerk - interesting, sure, pretty cool concept, but I didn't exactly lose my mind from ecstasy... 🤷

YYY - wtf?!? 😕 I mean, seriously, what was that supposed to be? They’re one of my favorite modern bands, but last night was just plain pathetic. On the studio albums, her voice is phenomenal, but live? It was raspy, pretentious, and just lost... a total letdown...

FF - 😍 I have to admit, I’m a total sucker—I fall for those rehearsed lines in American English every single time, even when they're incredibly cheap and banal... 😳 His attempt at flirting with the local vibe was actually quite touching... 😍 And they were wonderful... so upbeat, energetic, and lively... damn...

I honestly don't follow this logic—if Washington, D.C. says they’ll allow the event to run until 1:00 AM... then what exactly is supposed to be wrapped up by midnight?? 😕
