Abortion discussion in Women's Health ·
Absolutely.
Of course people want to go that route, but honestly, the priority should be making sure they don't end up there in the first place.
At the end of the day, an abortion isn't birth control, and it can seriously mess with a woman's physical and mental health. It drives me crazy when I hear someone say they can't afford condoms... you really need to think things through 🙂 🙂 🙂

I wouldn't be able to do it now... back when I was in high school or college... (God forbid that ever happened) I definitely would have had an abortion, but today... no. 🙂
Pilates, Pilates, and more Pilates 🙏 🙏

I’m not really into those high-impact cardio workouts. I have larger 🙂 so things get uncomfortable

I don't doubt the numbers are right, but reading this... 🤣 🤣 🤣

I've been doing Pilates at home lately... and honestly, I couldn't be happier.
The routines are working wonders for me... just about 15 minutes a day is all I really need.
The pros and cons of milk in Health ·
I’ve never been much of a fan of sweet milk... (one glass of cold milk and I’m straight to the restroom, so I just don't bother)

I drink yogurt every now and then.

Since osteoporosis runs in my family... getting enough calcium is non-negotiable... I just take it in pill form.
Hormonal Contraception: The Pill [General Discussion] in Women's Health ·
I’ve been satisfied with Stediril M for about 4 years now.

It hasn't really caused any massive transformations... just cleared things up, and that’s that. I take it for 8 months, then take a break for 3 or 4... following my doctor's orders.

My breasts didn't grow, and they didn't shrink either... the cellulite is still there and isn't budging an inch... nothing better, nothing worse... I haven't gotten lazy... but my cycle became regular to the minute... and absolutely painless (I used to suffer through total body aches before).

I started taking them because of cysts on my ovaries... after 3 months those cleared up, so I just kept going...🙏 🙏

I am a smoker, though not a heavy one. A pack lasts me two days. I'm trying to force myself to quit. Because I know it isn't good.
