I’m aware that birth control can be compromised by things like antibiotics (and maybe St. John's Wort) or epilepsy medication, but now I'm hearing the same goes for certain vitamins and supplements.
Is there any truth to that?
I’ve been taking beta carotene—not naming names—alongside vitamin C and E in a single combo.
It sounds like a stretch, but honestly, I'm starting to panic.
To be more precise, I’m looking for a specific product recommendation since I don't know the technical terminology. I need something containing benzoyl peroxide for facial cleansing. I've realized that DermaClear works wonders for me, but the packaging is tiny. I have no desire to make constant trips to my dermatologist just to get a prescription for it. I'd rather buy something in bulk. I assume local pharmacies might even compound their own versions, though it doesn't have to be that. Ideally, I want something available over the counter.
p.s. If I recall correctly, DermaClear is around 4% BP, and now I'm interested in products with a higher concentration.
thanks 😉

I took Virginia and dealt with a yeast infection along with several other side effects. It cleared up completely once I stopped the medication.
signature.
However, it mostly comes down to your immune system.
I get fungal issues frequently—though not always—whenever I’m on antibiotics or using Virginia.
It isn't caused by sperm. 🙄
I quit after a few pills. I took them twice in my life and decided: never again. You see there’s a limit to everything.
I just had to try every mistake once, but that was years ago and I don't regret the lesson.
I suppose I got lucky because I grew disgusted with it; one time, the depression following an ecstasy trip hit me so hard that I simply drew a line in the sand 😬 and walked away from it all. Thank God 🙏
Whether that left any lasting damage on my brain remains to be seen, though I am well aware of the potential fallout. 👎
Kid, don't touch this stuff unless you're incredibly strong and surrounded by solid people (and you already admitted your circle is full of junkies. That's a recipe for disaster. 🙂 )
