I think you might have misunderstood how this works; they don't just ask for bone marrow immediately. They wait until they find a matching patient, then they call you, and that's when you decide whether you want to donate stem cells or bone marrow. That call could come tomorrow, or it could be ten years from now, or it might never happen at all—by which point you might not even care about going to the gym anymore.😉
From what I've read, the pain feels like you took a heavy hit right in that spot. Honestly, even if it means staying away from the gym for a month, isn't it worth it to save someone's life? And besides, it doesn't always have to be bone marrow..

You could probably find someone at any decent studio, but if you want a solid recommendation, you're better off heading over to a photography forum or checking out some local artist groups online.

Does anyone know where I can pick up those little squeeze balls filled with some kind of powder or flour—the ones you can just mash and squish whenever you need? People call them anti-stress balls, I guess. I checked at Turbo Limač, but they told me they’re out of stock. If anyone knows what the actual term is in English, let me know so I can just order some off eBay and be done with it.

You should probably be a bit more specific about how this feels—is it more like stuttering? You should head over to Mayo Clinic. A friend of mine had successful spinal surgery there—I'm not sure which specific surgeon she saw, but I trust their entire team is top-tier.

You can't just walk in and pay a dentist who doesn't run a private practice. If you want to pay your way through it, you'll need to find a private clinic instead. I can give you some recommendations if you're interested.

Look, if there’s actually an emergency, you aren't going to be stuck waiting in line; they’ll run all the tests immediately and get a doctor to see you right away. If it isn't an emergency, then there’s really no reason to be rushing through things either. It all just comes down to what we're dealing with..
