I have the chance to pick up some side hustles doing retail and flipping items. What kind of business structure actually makes sense here, especially since I might go months at a time without making a single sale? Which setup is the cheapest to keep running when things are dead quiet?

Ideally, I want zero fixed overhead. I just want to sell something, pay tax on the profit, and be done with it.

It would be perfect if I could buy something for $33, flip it for 120, and only deal with taxes on that 20 bucks of profit.

Does anything like that even exist?

I know the question is a bit poorly phrased, but I don't have any experience with this stuff, so I won't get into all the details.

Hey.

A lightning strike fried my router and my PC, which was connected via LAN. The network card is built right into the motherboard.

I don't see any obvious burn marks on the board. When I plug the tower into the outlet, the green light on the motherboard comes on, but when I hit the power button... nothing. Dead.

What are the odds that just swapping out the motherboard fixes everything? Or is there a good chance the rest of the components are toast too?

Enough with these endless crises. Now we’re staring down another one, and honestly, it might be the worst yet.

I see it for what it really is: a self-pity mechanism. People just flip a switch and go, "Oh, I can't handle this, I'm too weak, poor me." It's pathetic.

I know the drill. I’ve tried everything you guys mentioned. The other night, I hit the sack at 2 AM and I was still wide awake at 5. After pulling an almost three-day streak without sleep, I finally crashed early, maybe around 11 PM, and it’ll probably be the exact same story tomorrow night. I’m not totally certain, but I’m pretty sure this mess is why I can't focus on anything I do during the day.

Hey. Just realized I’ve got a real issue on my hands. I’m hitting the sack around 3 or 4 in the morning every single night, then sleeping straight through until noon or 2 PM. Even with all those hours, I feel absolutely wiped out all day long. Is it because my internal clock is totally trashed? I wasn't like this before... and it's starting to get annoying. How do I fix this?
