Can anyone tell me if heavy bleeding—not just during a period, but spotting between cycles—could be a symptom of HPV?
Thanks
👍
Can someone tell me where I can actually buy tickets? Are there any physical locations in Cleveland😁
I know they're available online, but they always charge $6.75 extra fees if you use a card 🙄
Every single June for about ten years now, my allergies flare up. It used to just be watery eyes and sneezing, but lately, even with Aerius, I’m having to use two puffs of Ventolin twice a day. I’ve been stuck like this for two weeks already. How long am I actually allowed to use Ventolin if I'm relying on it every single day?
On top of that, I can't stop coughing; I'm constantly dealing with phlegm. Should I go see a Pulmonologist or what??
My bad, I didn't catch the previous pages... honestly, those reviews weren't all that convincing anyway. 😁
Pistachio mentioned that the SLO is cheaper, but which specific protein are we talking about?
I’ve been using Pro Whey 3 g and it’s been great for me...
What’s the consensus on the protein brands at DM?
The price point seems reasonable enough, but does it actually deliver results??
I was sitting here trying to figure out how to come up with a title for this thread that wouldn't be way too long for the subject line.
Here’s my situation: I find myself spacing out constantly—we're talking ten times an hour, easily. It isn't like I'm checking out or losing touch with reality, though. I’m still fully aware of everything happening around me. I’m thinking, planning, listening to people talk, and participating in conversations. I know it sounds a bit strange, but think about those optical illusion drawings where you have to stare at a single point for a minute before the hidden image finally pops out. For me, I don't need a minute; I hit that state in about half a second. It’s like this instantaneous mental reset. It feels good—it’s how I give my brain and my eyes a much-needed break. Even right now, as I'm sitting here typing this out, I can feel it happening.
I honestly thought my eyesight was just failing me for a second because everything had become so blurry, but I went to see the ophthalmologist and it turns out it’s a perfect 20/20.
When I’m out in public, I try my best not to stare at my reflection in every passing window. Honestly, if I let myself go there, I’d just end up obsessively visualizing how I look from every angle... and I’d probably end up looking like a total lunatic.
I honestly think that when people look at me—whether they’re catching my eye head-on or seeing me from the side—it’s pretty obvious I'm not actually looking at anything. My gaze isn't focused on the room or the person in front of me; it's just vacant. It looks like I'm completely lost in my own head, staring into space while I'm deep in thought.
It’s happening more and more frequently lately, and honestly, nobody seems to have a clue why. I went to see my primary care doctor, and she ended up referring me to a neurologist. After all the tests, they told me everything looks fine—suggesting it might just be stress and that it'll pass. Well, newsflash: it isn't passing. It's still happening.
I’m about 5'4" and weigh around 110 lbs. Some people might call me skinny, but my main struggle areas are definitely my thighs, hips, and glutes.
Here’s a side-by-side comparison of how I look standing up versus sitting down.

When I sit, everything just kind of "spills out," and honestly, it looks even worse in person 😛
What’s the best way to slim down my hips, thighs, and butt, and actually firm things up so they don't "spread out" like this?
Thanks in advance for any advice!
🙏

I've dealt with hemorrhoids my entire life, but I have no idea how they suddenly flared up this badly on their own.
Ever since I gave birth (2.5 months ago), they just won't go away. I went through two full boxes of Daflon, but then the bleeding started right back up again. And don't even get me started on the pain. Even after those two boxes, I don't feel any better at all.🙂
The absolute worst part is that I've always struggled with hard stools. Honestly, it’s miserable having to use the bathroom because I know exactly what kind of torture is waiting for me.😢 I would genuinely rather go through labor all over again than deal with this constant struggle. Luckily, I don't have to deal with it every single day, but when I do, I end up sweating like I just ran a full marathon... it's a total disaster.
I'm at a complete loss as to what to do next.🤷

My blood pressure is usually fine, though it does dip a little bit sometimes. No fever, and definitely no diarrhea.
But last night, I was dealing with nausea and some lightheadedness. This actually first cropped up back in February when my doctor told me it was just sinus issues. Since then, it started happening once a month, and now it's hitting me every ten days—the dizziness and the nausea, specifically.😕
On top of that, I am constantly hungry. I have this persistent "empty stomach" feeling that won't go away, so I find myself eating ten times a day.😕
I'll have to head to the doctor on Monday.😎
So, I’ve been feeling completely wiped out the last few days. It’s getting to the point where the more I sleep, the more exhausted I feel—it’s like I have zero motivation and just feel lazy. On top of that, my digestion is acting up again. I deal with these issues pretty much all the time, but lately, they've flared up big time. I'm talking constant bloating, gas, and this relentless hunger where I feel like I need to eat every five minutes. But then, as soon as I actually eat something, I just feel nauseous. Honestly, I feel like an old lady where everything just hurts...
Does anyone have recommendations for vitamins to help with fatigue?
And is anyone else dealing with similar digestive issues?
Thanks😘

My blood work came back negative for a milk allergy, and right now I've just got an IBS diagnosis, but I really want to rule out lactose intolerance once and for all. Does anyone know where I can get tested for this in Chicago, and what kind of damage am I looking at price-wise? I think it’s that H2 breath test—kind of like the one they do for H. pylori. Has anyone here actually gone through it? Thanks a ton!
I went through the exact same thing. After doing some digging and falling down a few internet rabbit holes, the symptoms made it pretty obvious: I’m dealing with lactose intolerance.
Ever since I switched over to soymilk, everything has been fine. But if I slip up and have a little bit of regular milk in my coffee, or grab some chocolate—basically anything with a higher lactose content—it hits me immediately. I get instant bloating and gas, and I have to admit, the smell is pretty nasty.
That’s exactly why I try to be as careful as possible.🙂
