Well, I guess it really just comes down to how much you weigh, what your actual goals are, how you're hitting the gym, and then, you know, whatever your own personal preferences happen to be.

I suppose I am repeating myself again..

Has anyone actually used the stimulator M2000? If so, I would appreciate it if you could provide some detailed feedback regarding your personal experience and perhaps a few specifics about the product itself..

Emily Moore47 said:If your goal is massive size, it doesn't matter which supplements you stack alongside steroids... your diet always has to be dialed in, regardless of your cycle. Sure, the results will improve the more stuff you take with the gear, but nutrition does 80% of the heavy lifting when it comes to mass... but you're right, it's a whole different world... 🙂

When you're cycling, it’s incredibly easy to get fat if you aren't disciplined about what you eat and how much. Of course, that also depends on your genetics and the specific compounds you're running. I won't speculate on body fat percentages, but I will say this: anabolics won't do the job for you if you don't know what you're doing. You have to adjust your training program and ramp up your caloric intake, which is difficult because you have to increase quantities gradually without overshooting and blowing up.
But like I said, it's its own beast altogether..................................

I haven't touched that thing myself, but I have to ask: why exactly would you want to use it?
How long have you been training, and what does your typical routine look like?

Based on my hypothetical schedule, I should be hitting the gym six days a week. My routine involves dedicating one full day to each muscle group. I try to keep things interesting by switching up the exercises for every single muscle every week, just so I don't get stuck getting used to only one specific movement... I've been taking creatine monosaccharide, but I've actually stopped for about 25 days now because you're supposed to take a break after the loading phase. Some guy at the gym recommended this approach to me, so I'm just checking to see if anyone else here has experience with it.

Some guy at my local gym recommended it to me, so I'm just checking here to see if anyone else has actually tried doing that.

Where on earth are you pulling all these "new" exercises from? What happens once you've cycled through every move in the book? 🤷

And regarding the creatine—honestly, man, you’re going to be waiting a long time before you even notice any real effects, and that whole loading and unloading phase thing is totally unnecessary...

And regarding creatine, you’ll be waiting a long time before you actually notice any effects, and frankly, there is absolutely no need for a loading phase...

It is sufficient to have three different exercises for a single muscle group. You can switch them up every week or every other week. Furthermore, you should increase the weight so that the muscle isn't performing the exact same movement every time. You can also catch it off guard by varying the number of repetitions and sets..

I didn't come here to sit around absorbing criticisms about my training routine; I am simply interested in something specific regarding this supplement..

I won't guess at percentages, but I will say anabolics won't do much if you don't know what you're doing because you'll need to overhaul your training and ramp up the food, which is tough since you have to scale up slowly without overdoing it...

There are tons of guys who think they're "huge," but they're actually just fat... 😁
you see types like that hanging out near the entrances of big clubs in Vegas🤣

That’s exactly what I’m talking about, though honestly, I don't even bother going out much anymore.
I see types like that in the gym all the time.🙂
Some of them look that way by choice because they refuse to be seen as "small," but most just lack the fundamental knowledge or the sheer willpower required to actually clean themselves up.

I didn't come here to soak up unsolicited training advice. I have a specific question regarding this supplement..

Based on everything I've read in your posts, you don't need any of that.
Go grab some whole foods and a textbook...................
No offense.👍

Hey everyone, so I actually started hitting the gym about four months ago. My main goal was just to finally put on some serious weight. At the time, I was standing 6'2" and weighing a measly 132 lbs, which is pretty thin if you ask me. Fast forward to now, and I've managed to bump that up to about 145 lbs. A couple of months back, I picked up some since I found it at a really great price. I guess I’m wondering if I'm on the right track here? Should I be looking for something "better" or higher quality? Honestly, I don't know much about this stuff, but a buddy of mine suggested this specific one. Right now, I'm heading into the gym two or three times a week, and on my off days, I've been trying to get some solo workouts in at home too.

The quality differences are pretty negligible; most of it is essentially the same thing. Just watch your dosage—finding the right ratio is what actually matters.👍

But man, how do you actually find that perfect ratio? I usually just end up mixing about 100 grams with roughly half a cup—maybe a little more, like 0.6—of water.

Just stick to what the label says... you can always go a little lower, but if you're gonna push it, maybe aim for 120% max... anything over that is just feeding your ego... 😁

So, I'm looking to stock up on some whey protein, but I'm feeling a bit stuck. Could anyone give me the lowdown? Should I go with Elite Whey, Pro Whey, or Gold Whey...???

Hey everyone. I’m looking into protein supplements to help me bulk up—trying to pack on about 20-25 lbs as fast as possible. Currently, I’m standing 6'3" and weighing only 155 lbs. What are your recommendations? Thanks.

If you're having a hard time packing on the pounds (which looks like the case here), I'd definitely suggest looking into some weight gainers... just search for them online... 👍

Don't just grab anything. Please, stop handing out advice like that.
If you want my take, stick with Gold Standard from Optimum Nutrition or EAS whey.
If you're watching your wallet, go with Twinlab. You could also look at Olimp; they have great solubility and likely use the fewest artificial sweeteners, given that the taste is quite blunt—almost bitter—but that’s usually a sign of quality. Cytosport is one of the heavy hitters in the US; their Muscle Milk is everywhere, though it isn't pure whey. They do sell pure whey, but I wouldn't recommend it because the price tag is ridiculous. Like EAS, Cytosport carries the NSF certification for product control.
http://eas.com/pro-certified/nsf
Steer clear of Dymatize (unless you pick up their natural whey, which actually surprised me with its ingredients; it's one of the few options available locally without artificial sweeteners since it uses stevia extract). That said, I still have doubts about the actual protein percentage and the ratio of concentrate to isolate, which you can tell by the powder's texture and how it dissolves in milk.
Avoid Universal Nutrition. They’re famous mostly for their animal products and used to be big on amino acids, but their protein quality is questionable at best. Their BCAA capsules are an absolute disaster.
Labrada is overpriced for the quality they deliver, and Weider is essentially selling you a brand name while providing inferior products at premium prices.
Muscletech gets a lot of hype, but they don't offer anything special that justifies their price point, much like BSN.
My recommendation? Stick to Optimum, EAS, or Olimp (if you don't mind a somewhat bland taste). I've used them myself and have been consistently satisfied.
