So, look, I guess one possibility is that your hard drive is just completely maxed out; you might want to try clearing out some space to see if that helps.
Or, maybe you have some kind of email forwarding rule turned on without realizing it.
Have you actually tried doing a standard clear of your cookies and browser cache yet?
It’s also possible that your firewall or Antivirus software is stepping in and blocking your outgoing mail.
I ran into something pretty similar once when I was setting up an ad blocker for my entire home network and ended up accidentally blocking a few essential domains by mistake.

But look, if you’ve already tried everything and the service technician gave it a once-over—though I honestly doubt they actually did a thorough job—I’d say you should keep pressing them. They really ought to be checking your power supply too, because a faulty PSU could easily be triggering this whole mess, and we can't totally rule out a glitchy graphics card either. Since you’re still under warranty, I guess I would personally stay on their case and wouldn't let them off the hook until they actually swap out whatever potentially defective hardware is causing the headache.

My setup:
It's actually pretty similar to what I've got going on; I'm big into the whole Smart Home thing.
For file storage, I run a custom DIY NAS, and I've got a dedicated print server for everything.
My network layout looks roughly like this:
1. VLAN
The gear I actually trust.
Tablet, phone, NAS.
2. VLAN
Alexa,
smart bulbs, and all that other random junk from unverified sources.
Plus Client Isolation,
But honestly, pulling all that off requires some decent hardware. 😁
