Just brew yourself some strong Linden tea and head straight to bed under the covers. That stuff makes you sweat like crazy, which is exactly what you want—it helps flush out those toxins from your system. I’ve done this trick plenty of times myself... it works best if you catch it right when you start feeling under the weather, but hey, it’s probably never too late to try 👍

Hey everyone,

So, I recently stumbled upon this super interesting read about alternative cancer treatments. It’s all about this product called Protocel that works by lowering the voltage within your body's cells.
The whole thing is 29 pages long... pretty heavy lifting. I’ll post a shorter snippet here (just the basics) along with a link:
If anyone wants the full document, just shoot me a DM with your email address and I'll send it over.

"Basically, here's how Protocel works: when you take Protocel consistently every day, the formula slightly lowers the biochemical voltage of every single cell in your body. (For the tech nerds out there, the more accurate term would be 'capacity,' but most people find 'voltage' easier to wrap their heads around.) This drops the voltage by about 10 to 15 percent. Protocel pulls this off by interfering with ATP (adenosine triphosphate) production. Since anaerobic cells generate energy through glucose fermentation—or 'glycolysis'—instead of oxidation like normal cells do, they operate on minimal energy levels and maintain a lower voltage than healthy cells. That tiny drop in voltage caused by Protocel pushes tumor cells down below the absolute minimum threshold they need to stay intact. Once that happens, the tumor cells (just like any other anaerobic cells in the body) undergo lysis, basically breaking apart into harmless proteins. In plain English, they can't hold themselves together anymore and just fall apart! On the flip side, your normal, healthy cells maintain such high voltage levels that the slight dip from Protocel doesn't affect them at all. That's why Protocel is lethal to carcinoma cells but totally safe for the rest of your body."

"To put it simply, here is how Protocel works: when someone takes Protocel consistently every single day, the formula slightly drops the biochemical voltage of every cell in the body. (Actually, for the tech-savvy folks out there, the more accurate term would be 'capacity,' but most people just get what 'voltage' means.) This results in a voltage reduction of about 10 to 15 percent. Protocel pulls this off by interfering with ATP (adenosine triphosphate) production. Since anaerobic cells generate energy through glucose fermentation—basically 'glycolysis'—instead of oxidation like normal cells do, they run on minimal energy and maintain a lower voltage than healthy cells. That tiny drop in voltage caused by Protocel pushes tumor cells down below the absolute minimum threshold they need to stay intact. Once that happens, the cancer cells (just like any other anaerobic cells in the body) break apart or 'lyse' into harmless protein. How to gain weight? in Health ·
It really just depends on how old you are and what kind of metabolism you're working with. My brother used to be skin and bones, man... everyone would stare at him because they couldn't believe how much he could shovel down. He was constantly snacking, always eating something, but he stayed skinny as a rail. It went on like that for years...
Then he headed out to work over in Europe. We didn't see him for five whole years. When he finally came back home, we barely even recognized him... he'd packed on like 40 or 50 pounds.

feralwalker0 said:Dear Sammy,

Just stay brave and get it over with. I went to State University for my degree, and the whole process was actually pretty quick and manageable.

I totally get how you're feeling—I dealt with my own panic attacks right before my surgery. It’s a nightmare when they’re messing around "inside your head." Truly awful.

I was out of it for a few days after my procedure, and the pain afterward can be pretty rough, but it passes, and then you're in the clear! Just stock up on some Advil and tackle this head-on.

And please, let us know how it goes!

Exactly! It definitely feels wrong having someone messing around inside your skull! For me, I'm less worried about the top ones and more about the bottom ones. They're so tiny you can barely see them, and my brain is basically spinning trying to imagine how they'll even grab them with those tools. But whatever. I won't be the first or last person to deal with this. It's kind of like when I had my first baby. I was so incredibly proud of myself. I actually DID it! I survived! I should write a book about what an absolute legend I am! And then I hear people being all like, "Oh, this is my third kid," or "This is my fourth..." Like, please.
I'm gonna be brave, and by next week, I'll have one or two fewer molars. And soon, I won't have any left at all.
Thanks everyone, this really helped me out a ton!

Man, that looks absolutely incredible! Honestly, having given birth twice, I’d much rather deal with postpartum stitches than have to get a wisdom tooth pulled... I swear we’re all just crazy in our own special ways 🙄
But hey, I’m sticking to my guns—I’m going to get through this and make sure life stays awesome.
Thanks!

Man, I feel for you...
About ten years ago, I went through a total false pregnancy scare. My period was about two weeks late, I had some mild nausea, and the test came back positive. Then the bleeding started, so I rushed straight to the doctor. The pains were actually pretty intense for a day, and then everything just stopped after a week.
I ended up at Mayo Clinic where they basically told me I wasn't pregnant at all. 😕
For the next two years, nothing happened. I couldn't get pregnant again, and honestly, I was starting to accept that it just wasn't meant to be. Seeing pregnant women or little kids out and about would just break my heart every single time...

But then, out of nowhere, my period was late again! I grabbed a test and—boom—positive. I didn't even run to the doctor right away because I was terrified it was just another false alarm.
A month later, the doctor finally confirmed it was the real deal. I was literally jumping up and down yelling "Yes! Yes!" while he showed me the ultrasound.
Fast forward, and I gave birth to a healthy baby boy. While I was still breastfeeding him, I actually got pregnant again. 😁
And guess what? Another boy! 😁
As I'm typing this, they're being absolute little terrors in the next room...

Hang in there. I really hope you start building your own loud, crazy little family super soon!!

Thanks—feeling a little better now...

So, I had to head back to the dentist today because that tooth she worked on just two days ago started absolutely killing me. I told her straight up that I’m terrified (and yeah, I really am) of getting my wisdom teeth pulled. She told me she’d just take care of the top two herself, but she wants me to go to a specialist over in Chicago for the bottom ones.
I’m seriously going to have to suck it up and just do it! Hopefully...

Hey everyone, especially those of you who might actually have some answers for me...

So, my tooth was acting up the other day, so I headed over to my dentist. Once she finished fixing the issue, she dropped this bombshell that I really need to get my wisdom teeth pulled. One of them has been bugging me on and off for like 15 years now, and I've been putting it off forever. Well, I finally worked up the nerve to go see a specialist in a clinic over in Seattle, but all they did was basically just trim back the gum tissue around it.

And that’s where things get messy. My dentist says she’s going to pull TWO of my wisdom teeth next week. Honestly, I’m freaking out, but part of me is thinking, "Okay, fine, it's time to just get it over with." But then I mentioned it to a friend today, and she looked at me like I was crazy. She couldn't believe I wasn't being sent straight to an oral surgeon or even told to go get X-rays first.

Now I'm spiraling a little bit, thinking they're gonna wreck my jaw and end up mopping my blood off the floor. Like, my actual blood...

Should I just be brave and go through with the extraction, or should I demand a referral for imaging and a trip to the surgeon? What have you guys dealt with before?
