Here’s my quick take on the experience: GOD HELP US!

I really had high hopes for this one, since Hulk is such a wild, badass mofo from the comics 😉 😁

The pacing is so incredibly sluggish that I felt like I was aging in real-time while watching... just painful.🙄

It's just endless darkness and heavy-handed dialogue, plus all that garbage about his father—his whole presence is just grating.

And right when you're about to feel physically ill from the boredom (you know, that feeling of getting old), a tiny flash of action hits and you finally see a glimmer of hope.
The catch is that it lasts maybe seven or eight minutes before we're dragged back into the deep philosophy, ending with a "showdown" between father and son that is so soul-crushing you'll find yourself praying to God to just turn off the TV because the sheer stupidity is paralyzing.

In short... honestly, I just feel bad for anyone with an IQ above 15 who wastes money at the theater.

I'm hoping for a sequel, assuming they ditch the tedious character studies and the whole mess involving his father.

It's proof that even the Tree of Life can turn something potentially good and fun into something truly terrible.

I wouldn't be surprised if I ended up completely impotent from the sheer misery of it all... 😁 👎
