Schizophrenia - General Discussion

One of my closest friends deals with schizophrenia. She inherited it from her dad, and she’s only 17.
I can honestly just say she really needs to watch out for herself. She won't take her meds, and things are just heavy—she lost her father, her mom is basically a total mess, and her grandparents don't give a damn about her. It’s just us. Since she’s the youngest in our group, she’s still basically a kid, you know? Socializing is a massive struggle for her. We run into issues all the time because she’s convinced everyone is out to get her. She spirals into this deep negativity, flips her opinions constantly, and lies...
But man, she has such a huge heart... and I'd do absolutely anything for her. 🙂
