Help interpreting knee X-ray results?

Supporting this is the narrowing of the joint space—which happens when cartilage thins out—and the sharpening of the intercondylar eminence doesn't carry much weight on its own in this specific case.
A finding like this really needs to be looked at alongside other factors—like age, weight, symptoms, and a physical exam—to determine if you just need to work on muscle strengthening or if further investigation is required to rule out pathologies that an X-ray might miss.
I've got something similar: Early sharpening of the medial tubercle of the intercondylar eminence. There's also an oval sclerotic zone, 8x4mm, on the distal femoral shaft.
I'm getting pretty impatient because my doctor sent me off to test for rheumatoid factor??? She claims my bones look older than I am? I'm only 27, for crying out loud.
