Zachary White5 said:It was actually kind of cute at first, but now it’s just getting on my nerves because everyone thinks they already KNOW the gender of my baby... My future mother-in-law is convinced it's a girl—mostly because she’s spent her whole life surrounded by guys and is dying for a granddaughter—and my family is certain it's a girl too, just because I'm supposedly "calm and gentle," which is such a load of crap. Then my friends are all swearing it's a boy, though God knows what they're basing that on. And the kicker? I'm barely even twelve weeks along. 🤣 Everyone keeps asking how I am, if the baby is showing yet, or trying to poke at my stomach 🙄 like it's some kind of public attraction just because they heard the news! I guess my hormones are just all over the place lately, so everything is just really grating on me right now. 🙂

It’s funny how different people are. To me, all that guessing feels way too sweet. I actually enjoy when people try to guess the gender; it’s always a blast to see who gets it right.

A coworker at the office told me it's a girl because my face hasn't changed at all 😁

Mom thinks it's a boy because my bump is sticking straight out instead of being carried "low" or "centered," as she puts it. Then she looked at some 12-week ultrasound photos and changed her mind, saying it's definitely a girl because the fetus looks like me 😂

The highlight was at the hair salon. My husband and I go to the same stylist, and he cut my hair first. He stared at my reflection in the mirror and told me, just like my coworker, that it’s definitely a girl since my facial features haven't shifted.
While he started cutting my husband's hair, he told him, "Sorry man, but you're definitely having a girl." When my husband mentioned he was hoping for a boy, the stylist just shrugged and said, "Oh, then it'll definitely be a boy; it's never the gender the dad wants." 😂

Nobody tries to grab my stomach, but honestly, I’m the one offering it to my friends. Since I live in a different city and we don't see each other constantly, as soon as I visit, I ask them to check me out and give their expert opinion on how much I've grown since the last time they saw me. 😁

And then she follows it up with that classic line about how doctors recommend getting pregnant when a woman is having health issues. Just great.

What am I even supposed to say to that? 🙂🙂🙂

Just an old, ignorant woman. 🙂
Angela Davis74 said:When they try to suffocate you like that, staring at them in pure disbelief—well, we’re already married.

That was my go-to response from the start. Whenever some insignificant or annoying person interrupted me at the wrong moment😬 to ask if I was pregnant—no, I’m just fat. You should have seen their faces... turning shades of colors I didn't know existed...😂😂

Lately, the latest topic for ridicule in my circle is that we aren't having the baby baptized immediately, but waiting until spring... Apparently, that's not how things are done. It's not proper, it's not normal, and a child shouldn't even be out after dark before they've been baptized... and so on. I'm just waiting for someone to start bringing over red string so I can tie it around the baby's wrist or ankle to ward off the evil eye—classic religious thinking...☕

😂

Never thought to try that approach. Might have to give 😁
a shot.
Are we getting married?! When are we actually doing this?! What are we even waiting for?!!!!

Friends ask me once a week. Acquaintances who find out I’m pregnant ask before they even say congrats. My boss asks me three times a week...

I can't take it anymore. This pregnancy caught us totally off guard. We poured every cent of our savings into renovating a house so we could finally stop renting and have a place of our own. Every single day, from sunrise to sunset, we're working on that house. On top of that, I'm building the furniture myself just to make sure it's high quality without breaking the bank. Right now, a wedding is the absolute last thing on our minds. But suddenly, it's become an issue because of all this pressure. Honestly, we might just head to the courthouse for a quick civil ceremony just so people will leave me alone. I'm about two seconds away from losing it and telling everyone where they can shove their opinions.

I told one friend that I’d rather wait until the baby is a year old to have a wedding, and she tried to convince me the kid would carry trauma and complexes for their entire life??????????????! 😲
Can someone help me make sense of these results?

BLOOD TYPE - A
RhD Type – POSITIVE (+)
Rh genotype – Ccee
K blood group NEGATIVE (-)
Coombs indirect – NEGATIVE (-)
KPB tests are non-reactive. Please perform a control and CT during weeks 28 and 35 of pregnancy.

Basically, I'm pregnant and didn't know my blood type until now. Am I A positive or A negative? That minus sign next to the K blood group is throwing me for a loop. Also, what does it actually mean when they say KPB tests are non-reactive?
Agritourism in Travel ·
Can anyone recommend an agritourism farm in the California countryside or the Hilly Region, USA, that really wowed you with friendly hosts and a great overall experience?

Last summer, my partner and I stayed at the Ivica and Marica estate in Small Town, USA near Columbus, and we were so blown away that we want to do more agritourism this year—but we’re looking to head toward California or the Hilly Region instead.

So, if anyone has a recommendation, please?
