You really don't think there's any actual benefit to all this "space technology"? I mean, come on. You know damn well what NASA has handed down to us.
The Russians have had an operational space station—the Mir—up there for 30 years now, and honestly, it’s basically the backbone of today's International Space Station. If it wasn't for that Russian tech, we wouldn't even have the regular communication or the crew rotations on the ISS that we see happening today. It's all built on that foundation.

So, tell me this—when some billionaire decides they’re finally ready to blast off into space, who exactly are they supposed to call? Do they just ring up the USA? Or maybe try their luck with the European Union? Honestly, I can only imagine the ridiculous nonsense people have to explain over and over again on this Forum. It's exhausting.

So, what exactly have the Russians contributed to the world with their space technology? Of course, you didn't specify when, and frankly, you don't even know yourself. You could search for five years and you still wouldn't find an answer. It seems you struggle to grasp even the simplest sentence; do I really need to spell it out for you? I don't believe there is any tangible benefit to be gained from Russian space technology, whereas I know exactly what the benefits of NASA's work are—something you clearly haven't figured out yet! There is no contradiction here: if the Russians haven't provided anything of substance, then there is no utility! Keep learning, old friend; it's not too late for you yet! 👍

Honestly, tell me what the Russians have actually contributed to the world that we can still benefit from regarding all this powerful space technology? I know exactly what NASA has provided us, but I'm struggling to see what Russia has given to the global community.🤔 🤔 🤔

When two brothers reach an agreement, you can bet the facts are on their side. I wonder who still gets worked up over this whole space obsession today? It seems like nowadays, it's just the Russians who are still fixated on it, along with those inevitable Russophiles! 😂 😂 😂

Linda Hughes88 said:When someone claims that Americans covered the costs of the invasion of Iraq, you're expected to actually bring some evidence to the table. But the "proof" you're offering is just "don't you think US oil companies want a cut?" That alone totally disqualifies you from being a serious person to talk to...
if you're going to make such a bold claim, you need arguments that are a bit more substantial than this. This is just ridiculous!

I'm afraid he doesn't have a clue. Not a single one! 🤣 He can't even pinpoint who holds the concessions for the major oil fields in Iraq, nor can he find any data regarding how much oil the USA actually imports from there. He isn't even capable of drafting a consistent post without completely tripping over his own feet. There is nothing concrete here, and from what I can see, he lacks even the most basic understanding of oil or gas concessions and extraction. It's truly pathetic. 👍 👍 🤣 🤣

It all sounds wonderful in theory, but it would be incredibly helpful if Gregory Howard could just provide us with the links showing exactly which entities were granted concessions for those massive oil fields in the Middle East. Honestly, I have to ask—do you actually know who discovered the largest oil fields in that region, or even what they are called and how they were found? And more importantly, who is running the show there today? Companies like Bechtel and Halliburton are being bankrolled by American taxpayers, and if we haven't lost track of the numbers, over $500 billion has already been poured into this effort. Meanwhile, a nation struggling with extreme poverty has received upwards of $30 billion in direct aid from the USA. So, go ahead, Mr. Expert—I’m waiting for your answer. 🤣 Do you happen to know which corporations were running the show in Iraq before the US stepped in? Also, I was wondering if you have any insight into which specific countries actually walked away with the biggest slice of the pie from that oil-for-food program. 🤣 🤣 🤣

rowdytinker: It seems we are circling back to the same fundamental questions once again. While I appreciate the passion everyone is bringing to this discussion, I find myself wondering if we aren't missing the broader context that defines our current situation here in the USA. It isn't merely about one single policy or event, but rather how these various pieces fit into the larger tapestry of our national stability. I was reading some recent commentary on this, and it struck me how much we tend to focus on the immediate friction while ignoring the slow-moving currents underneath. We have to be careful not to let the noise drown out the actual substance of what is happening. What do you all think? Are we looking at the symptoms or the cause?

How could you possibly be unaware? They loaded her onto tankers and sent her straight toward the USA. 🤣 🤣 🤣
