Cranactin supplements in Health ·
I’ve been leaning pretty hard on cranberry lately to keep things moving... started with some supplements, moved on to those little juice shots, and now I'm even using that Encian drink powder. Honestly? It works wonders. Any time I feel a bit of a flare-up or things start acting up, I just hit it with the cranberry fix and I'm good as new. 👍
Best nasal steroid sprays? in Health ·
Right now I’m on Flonase, though I was using Flonase before that... Dealing with chronic sinusitis is just a constant battle, so this stuff has been my lifeline... I’ve read plenty of horror stories about using corticosteroids, but honestly, nothing seems to touch these local sprays.

If your doctor actually laughed at you, that’s just pathetic... You’ve got options... grab your prescription and go find a different doctor.

maybe you've got some underlying infection just hanging out in there, finally starting to show its face now.

For me, it drags on for maybe two or three weeks... and those brain fog moments, too.

Amy Moore38 said:Oh yeah, I deal with low blood pressure too. 😢

What’s your doctor actually telling you about it? Like, what's their take on the low BP being the culprit?😕

Amy Moore38 said:I’ve been dealing with those exact same symptoms. I’m loading up on Vitamin C and trying to eat super clean, but honestly, nothing seems to be helping.🤷

Have you actually seen a doctor yet? Also, is your blood pressure running low?

I actually brought this up with my doctor about two weeks ago. He basically told me it’s just my low blood pressure—which, let’s be real, has been my whole life—mixed in with some sinus issues and general burnout. Whatever. I’m on vacation at home right now, which honestly just makes everything feel even heavier.

I didn't actually start this thread—some other guy beat me to it... whatever, doesn't matter!
It’s not really the shakes I’m getting, more like these weird little dizzy spells

Oh, and I totally forgot to mention the PMS (though I've never dealt with symptoms quite like this before)

In my three decades on this planet, I’ve never actually had an issue with iron levels. Even on my last blood work from about three months ago—which was mostly just to check on some slightly elevated liver enzymes—everything else came back totally normal.

I’m right there in the trenches with you on this sinus battle... I deal with maybe 3 or 4 bouts of this stuff every year... and honestly, I've tried pretty much everything under the sun. Right now, I'm sticking with Flonase... and man... as long as it isn't antibiotics, I'm happy!🤷

Since we’re on the topic🙄
...I’ve been dealing with this weird dizziness for two weeks now. Sometimes my heart starts racing, too, even though my pulse is barely hitting 87 at the time.
...On top of that, I went in for a checkup because my sinuses were starting to act up—you know, those nagging headaches right across the forehead and around the eyes. I mentioned the dizziness to my doctor, and since my blood pressure is sitting pretty low at 90/57, I’m honestly stumped. She just gave me some Flonase for the sinus issues and basically told me that’s probably what’s causing the lightheadedness.
...I started taking One A Day... Lately, I've just been stuck doing housework since I'm home most of the day, whereas before I was juggling two different jobs...

...And now things feel even worse. There are moments where it feels like I can't catch my breath, and these bouts of dizziness and heart palpitations are happening more often...

ANY ADVICE?🙏
