Why are my hands always freezing? in Health ·
wearydriver13 said:Since we’re already discussing the issue of cold hands, I thought I’d jump in and share my own experience for a moment.

Mine feel freezing constantly, regardless of what I'm doing. Even when I’m running my hands under warm—or sometimes even hot—water while doing the dishes, they just won't warm up. Is it actually possible that this could be some kind of underlying health issue that isn't necessarily tied to circulation?

Sorry if I'm repeating things people have already said; I stumbled upon this thread quite by accident and honestly don't have the energy to scroll through the entire conversation right now...

Thanks,

That hits close to home; I have the exact same thing. Sometimes after washing up and turning off the tap, my fingers turn purple as if I've been out in a blizzard, even when the water wasn't cold at all.
I've looked into it, but I can't find anything linking it to specific health issues.
I just have low blood pressure, I'm not anemic, and I stay active...
I’d appreciate some insight on these lab results. Patient is a 24-year-old female, early follicular phase.
The values in parentheses are the reference ranges. Does anything stand out as unusual? I read somewhere that an ideal LH to FSH ratio should be closer to 1:1. My doctor suggested the lymphocyte and granulocyte ratio might point toward a minor cold, even though I haven't felt any symptoms.
