Has anyone tried Trinovum? in Women's Health ·
The main reason she’s taking those pills is actually just to prevent any issues with fertility. Her OB-GYN specifically told her that was the whole point behind it.

stormymaker24 said:If her doctor prescribed them following some tests and she isn't experiencing any side effects, then they’re likely doing just fine. However, if she's just deciding to take them on her own without medical supervision, she really needs to see a physician. That kind of thing is incredibly irresponsible and could actually be dangerous.

The truth is, birth control pills are a very personal matter; there isn't really such a thing as a pill that is universally "bad" or "good" for everyone. It’s really kind of you to look out for her, but try not to take everything you read online as gospel. Also, since you're clearly doing your homework on this, you might want to check out some forums or resources dedicated to hormonal contraception—you'll get a much clearer picture of what people are actually using and how they're reacting to it.

Thanks so much for the input. Her gynecologist was the one who actually prescribed them.

My daughter is 16, and she’s been taking these Trinovum pills for about six months now. It’s started weighing on my mind—is it actually okay for someone her age to be on this specific supplement? I’ve been doing some reading online, and I keep seeing warnings that they aren't exactly recommended for younger people. Could you guys give me the lowdown on them? Are they really as bad as the internet makes them out to be, or am I just overthinking things?
I usually pick up my movies through a few different ways—sometimes I'll grab them via BitTorrent and DVD Shrink, other times I just head down to a local convenience store or a video rental shop to buy a physical copy.

Ah, okay, that sounds perfectly fine. Thanks so much for helping me out with all these questions.

Hey, quick question—do I get that Visa debit card right away, or am I going to be stuck waiting for it to arrive in the mail?

I'm thinking about opening a foreign currency account over at Chase, and I was wondering if anyone knows what the minimum initial deposit requirement is to get things started.
Looking for a tool to split ISO files? in Software ·
urbanotter4 said:Honestly, why bother with an ISO splitter? It’s way simpler to just grab a standard archiver, compress the file, and use its built-in feature to split it into smaller chunks. I don't really see the point of using a dedicated program just for that. 😕

I'm not quite following your logic here.

Benjamin King2 said:What would you even do with that? You'd just end up having to copy everything onto an HDD and merge the files anyway just to make them usable.

Those 8.5 GB DVDs are way too pricey for me, so I think I'll just stick to splitting them into two smaller ones instead.

Just pop "file splitter download" into Google and hit the very first link that comes up.

Thanks!

Could someone point me toward a good program to split up an ISO file? It’s about 5.5 GB, and I’m looking to burn it across two DVDs instead of just one.
Alex Hall4 said:I’d say you’ve got way too much money, far too much free time, and you're just an obsessive collector at this point. 😁

Well, I definitely don't have a mountain of cash to throw around, but I certainly have the time. And yeah, I'll admit it—I am a huge collector.
Samuel Smith5 said:It’s not even a matter of whether you can buy it anymore; it’s more that they just aren't making it anymore.
until the current stock runs out

I'm with you on this one.
Alex Hall4 said:I feel like my collection of about 150 DVDs just got a little embarrassed.

Count me in too!!!

😁

But what would you even say if I told you I actually have 1,286 VHS tapes sitting around?
Everything I own is packed away in boxes right now.
Samuel Smith5 said:I'm right there with you on that one. 😬

Just out of curiosity, how big is your collection? I'm sitting on about 783 DVDs right now.
Mr. Bean on Vacation in Movies ·
It could have gone better than this.
Personally, I thought the movie was fantastic.
The highlight for me was definitely that intense scene where that crazy guy demands her phone number while holding a gun to her head.
Looking for software for virtual tuning? in Software ·
Joshua Davis18 said:You really need to be an expert in Adobe Photoshop to make something look decent. If you actually pull it off, major props to you.

Well, I definitely know my way around a few things.
I'll probably just hunt down some tutorials on YouTube to help me sharpen things up.

Bryan Wood49 said:I’m not so sure that actually exists!
The whole concept of "virtual tuning" really comes down to how skilled you are with Adobe Photoshop. Do you honestly think there’s just some magic software where you pick a car and then just click buttons to slap on spoilers? 🤣

Well, I was thinking of a program where you could just select a car and work on it, but I don't think anything like that is out there.
I'll just stick to using Adobe Photoshop.
