Rollerblading in Hobbies & Leisure ·
Do you think 😁
Overall, rolling helps with everything you’re asking about. It really just comes down to your expectations, how much effort you put in, how hard you are on yourself, and how long you plan to stick with it. 😉

If you're looking to make a huge impression in just a month, honestly, it might be tough to see major changes that quickly.

The bottom line: just get started and you'll feel amazing!😉
Tight-fitting shoes in Fashion ·
Honestly, I have no idea what on earth could possess someone to buy two sizes too small just because they look stunning. 😕

I mean, props to you if they’re a steal or have an amazing design, but I only buy shoes I actually plan on wearing. If I'm going to wear them, they have to fit properly.

Just because I fall in love with a pair doesn't mean I should buy them if my size isn't available. That's just not how it works for me. 👎

I honestly think it’s best to start at a studio where there’s an instructor watching over you.
At first, you probably won't get everything quite right. Even if the movements seem super simple, keeping a slow pace and really engaging the right muscle groups makes them surprisingly tough.
You pick it up gradually. But it's great. You’ll start feeling a shift in your posture and muscle tone after about 15 hours of steady practice—nothing magical, but definitely noticeable.

Yes, absolutely 👍 for Neutrogena!
Price: $23.
Trust me, you won't regret spending the money. It works incredibly fast and effectively (depending on how bad things are), but after just one week—meaning about two or three uses—you can really see the difference.
slylynx8 is right—they have two different versions: one for oily scalps and one for dry ones.

If you're dealing with seborrheic dermatitis (which looks almost identical to dandruff), I think Nizoral is actually the best bet. Definitely check with your doctor about that. From what I know, they often suggest Neutrogena too, maybe later on as a preventative measure once you've finished a round of Nizoral.

Good luck! 🙂

I can't say I've ever personally tried any of those, but here's my take:

- I honestly think it's useless—basically just throwing money down the drain, if you ask me.
- You have to make changes elsewhere. Taking a single pill or following whatever some box tells you to do isn't going to cut it. If those worked, everyone would just pop a pill for everything and be perfect.

Real change requires action!

Decide to skip those endless coffee dates and liquid social gatherings (since those calories sneak up on you), or at least try going for a walk while catching up with friends instead.
Try adding some exercise into the mix, but start slow. Don't overdo it right away, or you'll get discouraged when you don't see instant results compared to how hard you worked. Forget about instant gratification! It might be easier to grab a bike and ride it regularly—maybe use it to commute to work or just head out somewhere—instead of relying on a car. Eventually, you'll find you can go further, and hitting new goals will become its own challenge. Just don't stress if you don't see a transformation overnight.
At the very least, you can expect your mood to lift 🙂.
As for food—rationally cut back on what you can, but please don't shock your system with sudden, drastic restrictions.

Just tell yourself that this is a long-term project and stay patient.
