I actually watched Taxi Driver in French, and totally caught everything because I'm super active in language classes—I even made a film about my hometown for school. Plus, I helped put together a French music and film magazine... Gotta brag a little if nobody's gonna stop me! And hey, I'm not from America...

You can't go wrong with a Robert De Niro movie. Seriously. People who say otherwise clearly just watched them without paying attention... total blank stares... If you actually want to see how incredible his range is, you gotta binge more of his stuff before judging...

Man, I just love Robert De Niro's facial expressions and that whole mobster vibe he pulls off so well.
But honestly, Taxi Driver is the one that really sticks with me... seeing one guy take on the whole world to get his own version of justice... it hits different.

Born August 17, 1943, in New York City. He's basically a legend—actor, producer, director, you name it... His biggest hits? Raging Bull, Taxi Driver, The Godfather Part II, Casino, Ronin, Mean Streets... just way too many to list... Definitely one of my absolute favorites...
