Besides, it really ticks me off when those corporate vultures sell tickets at a markup higher than what they actually paid—and don't even get me started on the scalpers.
I mean, $100 it’s not really any more than what most of us already shelled out... and obviously, I'm gonna try to claw back every cent first before I just accept the loss, you know? If that doesn't work, then we'll see. Even $300 is still $17 less than what people are asking for right now.
Man, it’s such a bummer though—not even because of the money, but because of Flo Rida. I’ve been trying to catch him live since 2010 and I can never seem to snag a decent deal, and now this happens. The only other act that would actually make me trek out to the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival is Imagine Dragons, but let's be real, there's zero chance of that happening.
How long does it actually take for that VISA Prepaid Card to show up—like, how much time passes before I can actually go grab the cash? I’m a little lost here.
of course 🙂
right at the front 😁
We know how things go down in the South, but I’ve got a feeling it won't be quite the same thing—though, honestly, I'm really hoping it feels similar because I just love it so much.
Here you go.
I’d totally go if I didn't have a bunch of other shows lined up that I'm dying to see—honestly, my schedule is a mess right now. If I end up with some extra cash left over after everything else, I'm there. If not, well, sucks for me, I guess.
180.
I’m honestly on the fence about going. I went last time and felt pretty bad about those $73, but hey—at least I can say I actually saw the Sisters live. If I pull a double down and go again now, I don't know what the payoff would even be.
Thank god, me too. Twice, actually—and from Johann. I think she managed to get all the signatures collected.
I’m definitely not going to start anything regarding Nightwish because I'll end up spiraling into a massive tangent, and honestly, I have way too much to say about that to stay on track.
As for the new album... I'm not 100% certain, but I'm pretty sure they're still aiming to drop it sometime in 2009 or 2010, just like they've been planning all along.
Do you honestly think Therion wasn't hitting the mark before Nieman stepped in? Like, did you even know it wasn't actually them playing on *Theli* or *Vovin*?
Look, don't get me wrong—I'm genuinely bummed to see them go. It sucks. But I just can't bring myself to view this as the band falling apart... because, well, Therion was a thing long before they ever showed up.
Man, Piotr is just the best. Honestly, I was so stoked he showed up as a "guest" at the concert. Such a genuinely cool guy.
They haven't broken up or anything. Honestly, Therion has swapped out members more times than I can count... Niemann and Karlsson were around for a good long stretch and everyone basically treated them like permanent fixtures, so I get why it looks that way right now, but that’s just not the case. They’re gonna keep pushing forward—Christopher is definitely going to scout some new musicians and get back into the studio for a new album.
basically, what part of
Christopher is sticking with Therion
you not getting it?

lol, I just looked back at what I wrote... did I seriously just type that out?
I usually go with the originals—they just hit differently, you know? But hey, there aren't any hard and fast rules in life. I honestly can't think of a single remake that actually outdid the source material right now... though, to be fair, my brain isn't exactly firing on all cylinders since I just woke up XD
for example, I'd say The Ring is a solid remake.

😲 Honestly, I don't get how they could have left them off. Like, what were they thinking?
