Getting in shape with exercise and diet... thoughts? in Hobbies & Leisure ·
driftingwolf79 said:totally 👍
just saying, since I’m not some pro athlete—more like a casual gym-goer hitting my six hours a week—I don't have any extra weight to lose... and honestly, I can't stand crappy food or actual junk food in the strictest sense of the word. So, once a week, I might spread a little cream cheese on some toast 🙂

anyway—if I could get your take on "seasonal bingeing" on tomato salad. It’s my absolute favorite meal every summer when the good tomatoes finally show up... is it okay to eat a huge portion with a bit of bread? Like, if that's the whole meal? We're talking maybe a pound of tomatoes, a cucumber, some onion, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and about 100g of 😉Miller's soy or sunflower seed bread

It's fine
🙂

I'd just go for the sunflower instead of the soy bread. Even better if it's toasted...

I don't see any massive harm in having a little—and I mean a tiny, tiny bit—of something like processed cheese once a week, or maybe a slice of frozen pizza once a month and stuff like that...
Same goes for chocolate... you know, we can't just live on chicken, turkey, plant-based cheese, grains, fruit, and veggies all the time. I think you need at least 10% freedom... I know I do, just so I don't feel like a total robot 😛

Sure, you could eat junk food constantly. But we're talking one meal a week, not eating chocolate every single day.
Besides, plenty of healthy stuff tastes amazing. Go ahead and say beef or lamb isn't delicious 😁—you can have that too, just skip the carbs during that meal. Pork is fine as well.
The real trick is knowing when you can indulge (or figuring out how to eat things while causing the least amount of damage).

I usually roll out of bed around 9:00 AM
half a liter of Nescafé with milk
then an hour or two later I eat something I call breakfast:
Cocoa puffs;
cereal with milk;
tuna in olive oil + mozzarella + toast;
toast with cream cheese + hard cheese + prosciutto + tomato;
some deli meat + spread + yogurt
Frankfurters + mayo + mustard + bread

those are just some of my most common breakfast go-tos

lunch
could be around 4:00 PM or maybe even later
spinach + mashed potatoes + some kind of meat (chicken, turkey, or Frankfurters 👎)
tomato soup + seasoned rice + green salad + more meat, usually chicken or turkey again
broccoli soup with heavy cream, boiled carrots in butter, rice or sautéed in olive oil + meat again (chicken)
baked beans with corn + cucumber salad with full-fat sour cream
spaghetti with tuna and heavy cream + olives
pizza (delivery or homemade)

dinner
is either one of the things mentioned for breakfast
or just a pile of cookies and chocolate
it's rarely just an apple or some fruit

if I even eat a yogurt, I stay up too late for that to stick; I always end up eating something sweet, like cookies, chocolate, chips

I usually head to bed around midnight

this was just me quickly listing what I usually eat
of course, there are days where I skip breakfast entirely, so I just snack on cookies and stuff, various croissants until late afternoon, and then I order pizza which I eat late in the afternoon or late at night

I know it's bad......

Alright, let's hear it....

Everything I put in bold is bad. Really bad.

Let me tell you why.

Take the first meal, for example—a liter of Nescafé with milk.
That isn't a meal. 🙂 I could write a whole book on milk, but honestly, I don't feel like it right now😁 but the caffeine from the coffee lowers your insulin sensitivity, which means there's a much higher chance that whatever carbs you eat after that will just turn straight into fat.

Cocoa puffs—loaded with sugar.

Tuna in oil + mozzarella + toast—fats and carbs don't play well together.
The same goes for the meal after. Plus, that cream cheese is packed with trans fats that do nothing for our bodies except wreak havoc on the circulatory system, etc. (I could go on about this forever, too).

Mayo—I don't think I even need to explain what kind of junk this is. You wouldn't even feed this to your worst enemy.🙂

Frankfurters—you really don't want to know what the food industry stuffs inside those. Even if the ingredients list is accurate, the quality is terrible (saturated fats).

Pizza, croissants, cookies... all of this sends your insulin through the roof, which stops fat burning and sends everything straight to your fat cells.

With a diet like this, you can count on being very close friends with your doctor. So, it's better to prevent than to cure—just my friendly advice. 🙂

Carbs don't have to be the enemy... as long as you're picking the low-glycemic stuff and timing them just right!🙂

I think I might be able to help you out here.
To get things moving, tell me a bit about what you eat. Just walk me through what a typical day looks like for you...

placidjackal36 said:other than the cholesterol in egg yolks, nope. 🙂
but I've definitely heard stories about it happening to people.

Yeah, that used to be a thing with pro bodybuilders back in the day, maybe twenty years ago. And honestly? It still happens—though rarely—with amateurs today who get their hands on the wrong stuff without knowing what they're doing. 😁 But seriously, it’s rare... maybe one in 10,000 cases.

Second off, cholesterol isn't a steroid.

Third, to answer the original question... if you're staying away from steroids, then it's HGH plus a tanning bed. 😬 😬

How could I not? A single Big Mac is easily 400 calories 😁 which actually ends up being more than those 3 or 4 servings of this stuff you're eating...

What kind of weight gain are we talking about here? Quality muscle, or just packing on fat?

You aren't going to get that first one from using Mass, but you'll definitely get the second... though honestly, you could hit that second one just by eating like crap.

What kind of breakthroughs are you actually expecting from that product?

Why wouldn't you do a little digging before dropping your cash on something? honestly...
Proper posture? in Health ·
Everyone seems to swear by that standard way of sitting, you know? Where your torso is at a perfect ninety-degree angle to your thighs... just that classic "sit up straight" posture everyone pushes on you.
Well, turns out that’s actually not the healthiest way to go about it. If you kept your hips in that same spot but tilted your upper body back just a little bit—kind of an angled lean rather than being strictly vertical—that would be the actual sweet spot for your spine.
To kick things off, I wanted to ask... which drugs actually cause permanent damage to the brain and cognitive functions? Because it’s not like they destroy everything. In fact, most of them don't really touch those areas at all...

Alright, let me say this one more time—using a blow dryer isn't great if you're dealing with dandruff.

And if you're going to try and prove me wrong again, I want an actual explanation of how moisture is supposed to make dandruff spread...🤣

Honestly, if you actually understood chemistry and how our bodies work, you'd realize that oily hair and dandruff barely even matter when it comes to hair loss...😉
Scalp issues in Health ·
Just think about it for a second. Here’s a simple way to test it—apply some hair gel to your hand every single day (for like a week) and just leave it on there for a few hours. Then come back and tell me how your skin feels...

That gel doesn't moisturize anything; it actually dries your hair out. It sticks to your scalp and clogs up your pores. Your skin basically can't breathe and starts dying off, which is why you see that dead layer peeling away.

So, what matters more to you: your hairstyle or having a healthy scalp?

Wash your hair every day. Make sure you rinse it really thoroughly so there's zero shampoo left behind. Don't use a blow dryer and stop touching your hair with your hands. Stick to one specific shampoo—your scalp needs to get used to it, otherwise the formula won't even start working properly. If you follow this, your problem should be solved...

darkjackal70 said:3. Maybe take a closer look at what I actually wrote... I didn't say anything about mixing the pasta... just read it again carefully...

.

But I’m telling you, it gets mixed in. lol 😁

Honestly, I don't really care what you've eaten or how much you think you know. From where I'm sitting, it looks like your grasp on this is pretty shaky... but hey, that's your issue, not mine... 🙂 😉
Drug talk - Q&A session in Health ·
darkjackal70... man, you really have no clue what you're talking about, I gotta tell ya. Don't get mad at me, but it's just the truth.

First off, how can you say paste can't be mixed with stuff? 🙂 btw, street pasta is sold out of carts all over the US, so you aren't getting some lab-grade purity every time.

"Paste base is cocaine hydrochloride"?? You've clearly never even been near this stuff in your life. You probably just skimmed some articles online and thought you were an expert. Such a rookie mistake... 😉

There's no such thing as "paste cocaine hydrochloride," kid. It's cocaine sulfate.

Now, you can inject with hydrochloride, but I don't feel like typing out every single method and way to do it right now. But one thing is for sure—you DO NOT smoke hydrochloride. Seriously, go ahead and try it and let me know how it goes (if you even manage to pull a hit before the whole thing evaporates, I'll personally buy you another gram)...
Drug talk - Q&A session in Health ·
I’m curious... who would actually bother smoking cocaine powder if everyone knows it hits hardest and absorbs best when you snort it?

The big shots? Well, I mean, I don't even know who you're talking about. But for someone to be playing at that level, they’d have to be massive—like, owning their own plantation and running a full-blown cartel...

Plus, once you start reselling, the purity always takes a hit, which makes total sense (kind of like how sales for over-the-counter stuff spike at CVS 😁 just kidding), so if you didn't get it straight from the source, you can't really trust the quality.
Drug talk - Q&A session in Health ·
darkjackal70, that’s just not right. You can't be smoking crack all night long (or even every few minutes) because the risk of dropping dead is way too high. And honestly, it's pretty unlikely anyone was actually using pure cocaine.
Drug talk - Q&A session in Health ·
Why didn't you just drop that link from my post up above? 🙂

I think I figured it out... 😁
Drug talk - Q&A session in Health ·
This isn't really my question to answer (and I honestly doubt wanderingmaker8 would have the answers either... unless they spend some time scrolling through http://www.urban75.com/Drugs/crack.html 🙂), so I’m not going to get into a whole deep dive on the chemistry of turning cocaine into crack. All I’ll say is that crack is a "fast-acting" kind of drug. It's a heavy stimulant that hits you with this massive wave of euphoria—which is exactly why it's so incredibly addictive—but the high doesn't last nearly as long as regular cocaine does. The purity levels can jump around quite a bit, anywhere from 70% to 90%, so the price fluctuates along with it. I'm not sure where you got the idea that crack is always cheaper than cocaine? Sometimes it can actually cost up to five times more per gram compared to the powder stuff... though other times it's definitely cheaper.

Nice job, you hit the nail right on the head there. Did you actually figure all that out on your own, or did you just find it written somewhere else?
