I've already tried a second brand-new replacement battery, and it just won't charge. It's definitely compatible with my Dell Inspiron 17 (bought from an authorized retailer here in the States), and I know the charger works since I tested two different ones. The laptop initially showed the new battery was at 84%, but then it just died after about 10 minutes of use—it didn't even give me a proper low-battery warning like it usually does. Now it's sitting at 0% and refuses to take a charge, so I'm starting to think the issue might actually be with the laptop itself rather than the battery. Any help would be appreciated.
I'm thinking about picking up an HP Envy 5000, but I wanted to get your take first. It would mostly be for schoolwork, and I noticed somewhere that it has 180 nozzles per color
I've scrolled through the last 50 pages of this thread and I can't find anything (or maybe I just
missed it), but here's what's going on:
I couldn't really afford an original copy of Windows 7, so a buddy installed a version on my
laptop for me. I think I accidentally ran some updates, and now the screen is basically
black, except for a warning in the bottom right corner saying it's version 7601 and that this specific
Windows isn't authentic. Plus, there's a full-screen warning at startup saying it's not genuine. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
I couldn't find an existing thread about oily hair, so I figured I'd just start one myself.
My wife deals with extremely greasy hair that develops a pretty unpleasant odor, which means she basically has to
wash it every single day just to get by; by day two, it’s honestly unbearable. She works a standard office job, so she isn't really exposed to anything harsh like heavy sun exposure, smoke, or industrial chemicals. She's already tried almost every high-end shampoo
on the market and even saw a dermatologist, but nothing seems to make a dent. I guess if anyone else is dealing with similar
issues, I'd appreciate it if you could share what worked for you. Thanks.

I mean, don't get me wrong, they might work, but without a solid diet and some actual exercise? Nothing happens.
It would be nice if we could all just feast on greasy burgers and fries and then pop a pill to erase it all, wouldn't it?
But the reality is that losing weight always requires some level of sacrifice.
Good luck out there...
Mladenkica looks great, especially in black and white.
I’d really appreciate it if anyone who has actually tried those Tonalin CLA ULTRA weight loss pills
from DietPharma could share their experience. Thanks.
Angela Wright said:It’s just breast development. When I was exactly an A-cup, things started happening in the exact same way—it hit my left side first, then a few months later, the right side caught up. I actually noticed it for the first time when I leaned against the edge of a desk at school. I was pretty terrified because my grandma happened to be having breast surgery around that same time.
Don't worry, your little girl is just starting to mature; maybe she's just a bit ahead of the curve, but that's how it goes. Just be ready, because she might get her first period soon. I got mine when I was only 10. If you haven't sat down and talked to her about it yet, now is probably the time to prepare. Even though I felt informed, I still remember being scared when it finally happened to me at 10.
Thanks for the quick reply, we feel a lot better now.
Our 9-year-old daughter started experiencing some pain in her right breast about two weeks ago after we happened to touch it, and honestly, it sent us into a bit of a panic. After checking her,
it feels like there’s this circular ring around the nipple that hurts when you apply light pressure. I should mention that the ring—or whatever you want to call it—is perfectly round, and I'm fairly certain this is just part of her developing breasts rather than anything more serious. We saw a specialist at the hospital who told us
that it really is just due to growth, which her pediatrician also confirmed over the phone.
They said we should just keep an eye on it, and if we stay worried, they'll refer us to a specialist in New York. Since
this is only happening on the right side and the left side looks completely normal, my husband
is pretty anxious and wants us to get an ultrasound just to be absolutely sure. I guess
I'm just wondering if an ultrasound can actually confirm what's going on.
If anyone else has dealt with something similar, please reach out. We would be
really grateful for any insight.

Does anyone here take low-dose Aspirin? It’s usually recommended for older folks—just one pill after lunch every day. The idea is that it thins out your blood, which helps keep your circulation moving smoothly. You really ought to get your carotid arteries checked if you haven't lately; you don't want some blockage or a clot lurking in there. That's why I think neck massages can be incredibly dangerous. If you aren't careful, you could dislodge a clot and cause a massive medical emergency. Taking Aspirin basically just lowers the risk of your blood clotting up into those dangerous lumps.
What’s your blood pressure looking like lately? And are you guys smokers or not?
My blood pressure is normal, and I quit smoking 20 years ago. Otherwise, these headaches persist.
It's been going on for maybe 10-15 years. I used to drink up to 4 or 5 cups of coffee a day, but now
since I'm retired, I've almost completely stopped taking medication, except
I guess I'll take half a pill when the pain gets unbearable—not caffeine,
but something weaker.
Here’s my situation. I’m 65, and this past year, the headaches have been absolutely killing me.
It happens almost every day, mostly concentrated around my forehead and the top of my head. I’ve gone through every possible
test imaginable—CT scans, MRIs, you name it.
Two top specialists reviewed the images and concluded that aside from some old injuries, there aren't any visible anomalies. Last week, after all that effort,
I decided to try seeing a bioenergetic therapist. During the massage on the back of my neck,
the pain would vanish, but then it would just come right back shortly after. Also, I should mention that my hands have started
shaking pretty badly, though the doctors have already ruled out Alzheimer’s or Parkinson’s. So now I’m just sitting here dealing with
this daily pain and I honestly don't know what to do next. I was wondering if anyone
has dealt with something similar, or if anyone knows of a solution that might, even just slightly,
take the edge off the pain. It seems like the pain hits hardest whenever the weather changes.
