I am finally planning to get serious about working out—though, frankly, I absolutely despise it🙂.
I’ll be doing this right at home, since my lower legs are practically toothpicks at this point. I read somewhere that you absolutely have to consume protein because exercise alone won't do squat if you aren't fueling properly. Apparently, eggs are the gold standard for protein intake. But what kind of egg are we talking about here? Does it need to be hard-boiled or fried? And more importantly, should I be eating them before or after my workout session??😕

I'm dead serious here.
And regarding what you mentioned, well... I have been doing a bit of reading lately... I'm going to pick up some high-strength drops; Vlad should find them somewhat helpful!!! 😵 🙂
Ugh... I’ve been through the absolute ringer with all of it... the surgeries, the grueling rounds of chemo, watching my hair fall out... and I was facing all of that at just 17 years old. But let me tell you one thing: this disease doesn't care how old you are. YOU JUST HAVE TO HAVE PATIENCE AND MAINTAIN A POSITIVE MINDSET!!! 👍
Can anyone here point me toward some reliable redness-relief eye drops?
Every single Saturday when I'm out in the city, my eyes end up looking absolutely bloodshot because of all the damn smog and exhaust hanging in the air!!! 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂

It was absolutely miserable at first—my foot was just screaming in agony—but then, after a while, the pain subsided. About two months in, I realized it during a simple stretch; you could actually see the definition of the 👍
clearly when I lifted my foot.
👏👏👏
My nerves are shot, so I can't just go out and play a game of soccer; instead, I am forced to grind through that tedious, repetitive exercise nonstop. 🙂 🤦 🙂 😢
Listen!
I’m dealing with a similar issue myself... it’s entirely possible to build up enough tension so that whenever you sit down or lie back, your feet just start drifting forward on their own.
