After enduring several weeks of pretty intense stress, my heart has started doing this weird thing today where it just skips beats and flutters—and it’s happening constantly. I’ve felt this before, but usually it’s just once in a blue moon, whereas today it feels like it’s happened at least thirty times already. I went to see my primary care physician for an EKG, and she assured me everything looks perfectly fine, essentially saying my heart rhythm is as healthy as any average American's. I even took those results over to a neighbor of mine who happens to be a private cardiologist, and he just echoed exactly what the doctor said. But the problem is, these palpitations aren't stopping; they've been going on all day long. Every single twitch catches me off guard and completely throws me off balance. I honestly don't know what to do anymore, or even how to process this. Help me out 😁
