spavanje said:If you’re actually serious about this, you’ll need to set aside about an hour and a half at your own place. I’ll come by, walk through the issues, use some detectors to measure your sleeping area, and then we can talk about what might actually work. Just shoot me an email.

No, look, what I want is to know right now, just so everyone here gets at least a little insight into what's being offered. Especially since I've actually seen how this works firsthand, so I have a specific take on it (not necessarily good or bad, though).

So, what's the name of the product or the company?

spavanje said:Look, you can get way more bang for your buck than just a mattress for $2,000. But that’s not even the point—the real issue is how little we actually grasp how vital sleep is. You can read all about the fallout on these forums. It’s honestly tragic that in the European Union, over 32% of kids suffer from things like rheumatism, various allergies, or early-onset spinal issues, and it’s largely because of crappy beds and sleeping setups. (That's according to an official WHO report regarding Health Day). And if money is the concern, maybe we should look at how much we fail to invest in our own health; fixing the damage later is always going to be way more expensive than just practicing prevention. Besides, buying a good bed is an investment in something we use every single day for 6 to 8 hours—that's over 25 years of your life. Plus, it’s been proven for ages that your whole life changes once you start sleeping in a spot that doesn't stress out your body.

Yeah, I mean, I agree that life changes when you go from being an Insomnia sufferer back to a functioning human being... but...

Do you have like, a URL for those official stats?
I've sat through enough presentations to know that people throw around statistical data that has absolutely zero connection to reality.

That claim that 32% of kids have rheumatism, spine issues, and allergies could technically be true if you lump allergies and spinal problems together, but then you don't actually know if it's 1% of people with spine issues and 31% with allergies, or vice versa.
Those are completely different things.

And everyone knows allergies aren't caused by dust mites, they come from living in these overly sterile environments (but that's totally off-topic).

What I really want to know is what kind of product this actually is, how it works, and why on earth it costs $2,000?

Even if we’re getting an average of six to eight hours, it feels like a blink of an eye, so we don't really stop to think about what our bodies actually need. We just crash because we have to—the body gets exhausted, and then there’s all the daily pressure, from weather changes to just general aggravation, you know, stress. Then we lie down in a bed that keeps stressing us out instead of letting us find some peace and relaxation. It's usually because of foam mattresses (moisture issues), spring mattresses (static electricity), lack of spinal support, or even radiation exposure while we sleep (power lines, radio waves, natural radiation). Instead of our bodies having the quiet they need for rest, recovery, cell regeneration, and boosting immunity, they're stuck fighting off these stressors. Pretty soon, everything starts breaking down. Just fix your sleep and give your body what it needs, and those issues might actually start fading away.

Stop talking and put your money where your mouth is. Tell us you're selling mattresses for just $2,000 and maybe our lives will actually improve...

Just watch out, because after a while, it might really start messing with your focus.
I used to get maybe 3 or 4 hours of sleep a night, max.
I guess you eventually get used to it and just... function... but still...

give us some basics about yourself:
- how old are you
- what kind of work do you do
- any major stressors over the last year... stuff like that
- moved recently?

I dealt with insomnia for a while, and man, it's a living hell.
For now, here’s what I’d suggest:

- if your job involves being on a computer all day, stay off it at home, especially in the evenings
- physical activity—like hitting the gym—is a must. try to get at least thirty minutes of cycling or anything else that just wears you out
- if you just moved, check to see if there aren't any electromagnetic radiation sources nearby (TVs, phone chargers, transformers, even an active cell phone)—just move them away
- if you're in a new place, maybe your sleeping spot isn't right. change it up. pick the spot you actually wanted first, not the one everyone else suggested
- if you have central heating, maybe it's too hot or something during the night...

Damn... there's more, I just can't remember... I went through this for maybe 4 or 5 months...
As for pills, I wouldn't recommend them...
Maybe taking a 2 mg Normabest might help before bed, but honestly, treat that as a last resort.
Most other pills will just totally wreck you...

I dealt with this insomnia thing for about six months. I’d hit the sack around 10 or 11 PM, only to find myself wide awake at 2 AM.
Man... since there wasn't anything on TV back then, my apartment was always spotless because cleaning was basically the only thing I had to do all night...

The fix? Change where you sleep. That actually worked for me. I tried taking some Advil, but it totally wiped me out and I couldn't function the next day...

I mean, I think some people are just sensitive to different kinds of radiation... negative energy, cell phones, chargers, stuff like that.
