Interesting take at the start! I just feel like it leans much more heavily on the kabbalah than on this specific book. (Me being negative, I guess😁 )
Bread and butter just a few hours before hitting the sack? Just watch how fast the weight creeps on!😁
Sandra King86 said:Maybe because the movie kicks off with a story about a Yugo? 😁
Nope, not quite!😁 My family always drove absolute junkers—total clunkers. That Yugo? Absolute trash.🙏 🙏 🙏
All the Kubrick flicks; The Fire Within, Seven Samurai, The Bourne Identity, Conan, being the absolute best, A Fish Called Wanda, Who Framed Roger Rabbit (don't ask me why, it's just genius),eroica, Gladiator
Have you ever actually looked up how much a professional treatment costs at a clinic? Maybe try asking—or better yet, visit a local spa once in a while to learn something.
No thanks! I’m good looking enough as it is! 😁 Besides, there is a massive difference between what professional wraps do at a spa and what actual fat loss does when you're training—it's night and day. It’s pretty clear you have no idea what you’re talking about!
So guarana is just this "all-natural" miracle product, right? Then tell me—how exactly do they get L-carnitine?
L-carnitine is found in every single cell of the human body—specifically in the mitochondria. Every one. It's in meat, mostly in lamb. Some people just have more or less of it naturally. Guarana, on the other hand, only grows in the Amazon rainforest.
Did you know L-carnitine causes male infertility?
No, but if you’re an expert, feel free to enlighten us. I know plenty of guys using it and this is the first I’ve heard of it. If you actually have a real
argument or a link where I can verify that, go ahead—shoot. (And please, not that Peloton site you keep spamming in every thread.)
@Douglas Bailey52—I wouldn't exactly call using wrap an "idiotic" move. Sure, it’s probably not great for you, but if you actually care about seeing those numbers move on the scale, you could argue it's useful. Besides, I see you're a fan of guarana! And let's be real—the whole point of guarana is to spike your body temperature to help burn fat. Wrap does the exact same thing, just more intensely—and, yeah, less healthily.
@Sophia Taylor47—Depends on what your goal is. If you're looking to torch fat, one solid hour of any kind of cardio that makes you sweat will burn way more fat than 20 minutes of high-intensity training. But if you're trying to build leg strength? Stick to running for 20 minutes.
As for the supplements... I'd suggest pairing liquid L-carnitine with a decent fat burner. Here's a link for you:

Sure, you can eat—just stay away from the carbs. You can pretty much always lean on protein (meat) to get by. Honestly, if I get hit with those late-night cravings, I’d happily just demolish 20 ounces of salami without any bread. And look, don't go overboard with the dieting; if you push too hard, it eventually backfires. As for the cycling—slow down. Put in more miles at a lower resistance instead. That way, you won't end up with "bulky" muscles. Anyway, sorry—I didn't mean to start lecturing you... 😁
Muscles need fuel to move. For those first twenty minutes of continuous work—no breaks allowed—your body burns through glycogen. Think of it as your quick-access energy reserve, basically just fast-burning sugars. If you stop for a breather, your body refills those glycogen stores within minutes, meaning you’re right back to square one, needing another 15-20 minutes just to burn through them again. You don't actually start tapping into fat stores until that glycogen is depleted. To see any real results from fat loss, you need to push through at least an hour of steady exercise without stopping. Doing mere 20-minute bursts? You aren't even reaching the fat-burning stage. 😉 That’s why I’d argue cycling is superior for weight loss—very few people can actually run for a solid hour straight without hitting a wall. Toss in a reduction of bread and carbs after 5 PM, and you're pretty much guaranteed success. 👍
Running requires a massive amount of motivation—mostly because you won't see any actual progress for the first month. Personally, I’d run for maybe five or ten minutes and then be so completely wiped out that for the next fifteen, I could barely walk, let alone catch my breath.😁 Well, okay, I've been smoking for five years now, so that's probably part of the problem. That's why I switched to cycling instead—you can set your own pace and intensity levels, and if things get too much, you just slow down. Plus, a quick 15-minute workout doesn't feel like such a huge commitment, mainly because...
One more thing—crunches won't melt away fat! They’re strictly for building those abdominal muscles. If you actually want to burn fat, stick to leg work like cycling or running. Bigger muscle mass = higher metabolic burn.
The whole plastic wrap thing is actually a clever idea! I’m definitely giving that a shot come spring. Here’s the logic: to burn off those fat stores, you have to shuttle them into the cell mitochondria to be converted into energy. When those fat deposits are warmer, they're much easier to transport—kind of like how Play-Doh gets easier to mold when it warms up. When you're out running, your body temperature climbs and you start sweating, which is just your system trying to cool itself down. The trick with the wrap is that it prevents that heat from escaping, trapping it all inside. This makes the fat stores even warmer and easier to burn through. Now, is it healthy? Absolutely not. It messes with your pores and puts an insane amount of stress on your body because you have no way to vent that heat. Honestly, unless you're a seasoned athlete, I doubt you could run for long while wrapped up. But man, does it melt weight off—it’s unreal. I dropped 10 kg in about six weeks just riding my bike like a maniac. It’s brutal. 😁
