Itchy water blisters: what could it be? in Health ·
Hey everyone.

I’ve got these weird, water-filled blisters popping up all over my hands. I'm honestly not even sure how to describe them properly, but they're everywhere and the itching is driving me insane.
I'm guessing it might be some kind of fungal infection.

Does anyone actually know how to get rid of this stuff?

Casey Palmer5 said:Yeah, sure, there’s tons of peanuts in our traditional folk medicine too. Great advice—why don't you just go hike the Rocky Mountains instead.

And who exactly said this was "traditional medicine"? I was being sarcastic when I wrote that. If someone wants to try it, go ahead. I don't think anyone has anything to lose. Obviously, it isn't a cure, but why not give it a shot if it might actually help ease someone's pain?

Old-school home remedies suggest rubbing peanut oil on the painful area first thing in the morning and again right before you hit the hay. You’ve got to let it soak in for about 20 minutes. If it works like they say, you should start feeling some relief after roughly five days.

From breathing?

I actually see some potential value in this thread, so I really don't see the point of these constant, useless interruptions.

Sandra Hayes88 said:Look, you don't necessarily need to fast for that. Like me and Atlanta mentioned earlier, you can just eat clean, toxin-free food to detox your system.

Is there really no middle ground between gorging on donuts and total starvation? 😉

I think you're missing the point. It’s not just about "detoxing"; it's about giving your body an actual break. Your system still has to process every single thing you consume, whether it's food or liquid. That’s why sticking to plain water during a fast is the smartest move—it requires the least amount of digestion while keeping dehydration at bay.
And honestly, fasting isn't nearly as impossible as people make it out to be. It all comes down to one thing: willpower.

That’s the claim, anyway...

Food isn't inherently poison, but does it contain toxins like artificial dyes and additives? Absolutely. By fasting, the digestive tract and the entire body get a much-needed rest, allowing them to focus on self-regeneration and flushing out those impurities.

Is there any way to pick this up here in the States?
Apparently, it's supposed to be great for prostate health.

Thanks for the help!

Can someone please explain the actual difference between a colonic irrigation and just "cleansing the bowels"?
