Hi there! I’m looking for some advice regarding these growths—I’m not entirely sure what the correct medical term is. A few years back, I was dealing with constant issues involving constipation, internal hemorrhoids, and bleeding. I eventually managed to sort all of that out by overhauling my diet, and I haven't had any issues with bowel movements or bleeding for about a year now. However, I’ve noticed two small, soft growths, roughly 3 mm in size, right at the anal opening. They don't feel like hemorrhoids. After doing some digging on Google, I came across the possibility that they might be skin tags or anal papillae. Given that my regular Pap tests have always come back completely clear with no suspicious changes suggesting HPV... I’m leaning towards them being skin tags. They aren't causing me any discomfort or irritation, but I am wondering what the next steps should be. Are they dangerous? And if they really are skin tags, how should they be treated?
My situation looks something like this: for most of my life, I’ve dealt with extremely heavy and painful seven-day cycles. Then, I experienced a pregnancy that ended in a miscarriage—specifically a missed abortion—which required a D&C. My first period following the procedure arrived almost exactly one month later, and it was heavy but thin, consisting of bright red blood. Since then, about seven months have passed, and while my cycle remains regular, the pattern has shifted significantly. I bleed heavily only on the first day, and the flow is quite thick, filled with clots and various fragments. That first day is characterized by dark blood, brown bits, and a lot of mucus. By the second and third days, the bleeding tapers off significantly, and by days four through six, it’s essentially just brown spotting and discharge. I am aware that menstrual changes after pregnancy are common, and many women find their periods become less painful after their first pregnancy. However, as I am currently trying to conceive again, I can't help but worry: could these changes be an indicator of something like endometriosis or perhaps a hormonal imbalance?
About a month ago, during a routine abdominal color Doppler ultrasound, they happened to discover that I have polycystic ovaries. Up until that point, I’ve never had any issues with my ovaries. Four months ago, I suffered a miscarriage, and during a follow-up exam, they found a single fluid-filled cyst on my ovary, which eventually cleared up. At my next checkup, there was no sign of a cyst and everything looked perfectly normal—only for this to pop up by chance during an abdominal scan. I deal with daily lower abdominal pain; it's symmetrical on both sides right where the ovaries are located. The pain isn't intense, but it's a constant, dull ache. It tends to flare up when I strain or bend over. Has anyone else dealt with something similar? Is it actually possible for ovaries to suddenly become polycystic if they were never identified as such before?
Just for context, four weeks ago I underwent a D&C following a miscarriage. The procedure went smoothly without complications, and my recovery and initial findings were all normal. During my pregnancy, I had some concerning urine results: Leukocytes 10 Erythrocytes 50 Squamous Epithelial Cells 10
Following that, a urine culture was performed, which came back sterile. I wasn't referred for any further testing at that time. However, four weeks later, it was determined that the fetus had passed. Even though the current urine values are improving compared to the previous ones, I'm concerned that they still haven't returned to the standard reference range. I was prescribed a course of antibiotics, but no further diagnostic steps were suggested.
Does anyone happen to know if there's a private facility in Indianapolis that handles laboratory and cytological testing? Specifically, I'm looking for someone who can perform a cytological analysis of urine samples.

Let me just provide a quick summary of everything that went down. Our reception was held at the Marriott downtown, and honestly, I have nothing but praise for how perfectly everything was executed. Every single guest was thrilled with both the food and the service, not to mention how stunning the ballroom looked.
We had a Saxophone Band from VK perform. These guys were fantastic; most importantly, they didn't play any cheesy wedding classics. We tailored the setlist to our specific tastes by cutting out anything we weren't interested in hearing. For the most part, the dance floor stayed packed until 5 AM 🙂, and everyone—from the kids to the grandparents—had an absolute blast.
The floral arrangements were handled by the team over at Exclusive Memphis, and frankly, I’m quite disappointed. My bouquet was literally wilting by the time I received it, let alone the boutonnieres which were falling apart, or the ribbon colors which bore absolutely no resemblance to the actual flowers. To top it off, the final bill ended up being $100 higher than what we initially agreed upon, but I was so exhausted by their incompetence that I didn't even have the energy to argue with them. I certainly wouldn't hire them again; it seems like they've lost their touch, perhaps because they're spread too thin or something. I have no idea why my bouquet cost $233, but fine... I'll just put it behind me.
I had my Wedding Dress custom-made at La Sposa in the Midwest, and that was easily the highlight of my day. For anyone debating between renting versus having something custom-made, my advice is to go with a proven professional for tailoring. When you see your brand-new, pristine gown sitting next to those rental dresses that are masquerading as "first-wear," you can't help but smile to yourself. The difference in color vibrancy and material quality is simply incomparable.
Daria from VK did my makeup, and I am very pleased. She executed the look exactly as I envisioned, and she is such a lovely person!
As for my hair, the unforgettable David from VK was the one. He is such a consummate professional that you could hand your hair over to him without a second thought or a shred of anxiety.
Ladies, quick question: has anyone here ever had their makeup done by David via Facebook? If so, could you please shoot me a private message? I'd love to chat!
Absolutely nobody!!! I’m just waiting on a girl from Sephora to confirm if she can do my makeup; if not, a friend is stepping in anyway. Honestly, I was planning on just using my own kit. I'm heading over to get my lashes done and that's really the extent of it. I've officially stopped caring. It's such a waste of energy to stress over people who are essentially trivial in the grand scheme of things. At the end of the day, it's still me, whether I'm wearing heavy glam or nothing at all. Just getting the lashes done will make enough of a difference.🙂
Neither Anne nor Victoria have bothered to get back to me. Honestly, they act like some high-end Hollywood makeup artists who are far too busy for the little people. It’s pretty obvious they aren't particularly motivated by the paycheck, and I certainly won't be recommending them to anyone given that lack of professionalism. To be fair, their work is decent enough, but it isn't top-tier—and thank goodness there are plenty of other talented professionals in this area!
I don't know... I honestly feel a bit ridiculous even reaching out to her at this point. It's not like I'm from Indianapolis or anything. But has anyone here actually heard of Darij, that makeup artist over on VK? Does she do good work?
I’m still on the hunt for a makeup artist, but so far, nothing. It seems like all the talented girls in Indianapolis are already booked up through 😢 and there isn't anyone worth my time in Warsaw

My regular stylist is all the way in Indianapolis, and I just don't feel like driving out there on a Wednesday. I've got my wedding coming up in three months and I'm low-key freaking out that I won't find anyone or that every single salon will be fully booked by then!
Check out Studio DD near David. It's a bit pricier, but it's worth every single cent.👍
1 large red bell pepper 1 large yellow or green bell pepper 2 small Pumpkin squash 1 eggplant 1/2 lb cherry tomatoes or 2 standard tomatoes A handful of olives (feel free to go overboard here)
Start by boiling your whole wheat pasta; personally, I find spaghetti works best. Next, dice all the vegetables into small cubes, though you should just halve the cherry tomatoes—if you're using regular ones, larger chunks are fine. Toss all the veggies together in a bowl and drizzle them with olive oil. Season with Mediterranean herbs: rosemary, thyme, oregano, and basil. Add a pinch of salt or some McCormick seasoning. You don't need much, as the olives provide plenty of saltiness once they release their juices. Mix everything well and let it marinate for about 10 minutes. Then, toss the mixture into a hot pan and sauté until the vegetables soften and start releasing their flavor. Finally, add the spaghetti to the pan and stir over low heat until the pasta is thoroughly coated in the vegetable juices. Let it sit for a few minutes to cool slightly, and you're done. It’s a delicious, reliable staple that makes a regular appearance on my weekly meal plan.😍

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iHX4JLcAq5M - Eyes Wide Shut (Kubrick) - honestly, that ice scene was ridiculous, and that grating music by whoever that singer was... I can't even tell if he's Pakistani or what. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VsKX5...eature=related http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ADCw0...ext=1&index=28 - now these letters here...
And there's that one scene in the courtyard from the movie Salò, or the 120 Days of Sodom - I can't seem to find it on YouTube, though I know I've seen it before.
Here it is: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E3jbJOCl3Hs
These are excellent! Such a fantastic theme. Since we are talking about Aronofsky, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RxyP_...eature=related http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bx7Tr...ure=relatedThe Fountain; personally, I found the entire film to be quite the emotional trip, and the soundtrack fit perfectly.
I'm with you there... I went in with much higher expectations, and I ended up feeling pretty let down. Perhaps I was subconsciously looking for a version of Amelie... which was my first mistake. Visually, the film was stunning, and the soundtrack was top-notch as well.
