That doesn't solve a thing—and honestly, nothing anyone types on this forum is going to fix it either. She needs to have a real, blunt conversation with her brother—maybe even pull him aside, make him sit down, and just lay it all out there... assuming, of course, that this story is actually true and isn't just some copied-and-pasted nonsense from a website!

1. I usually handle that through Microsoft Office Picture Manager—though you could just as easily pull it off in Paint if you wanted to be quick.
2.Just hit Print Screen on your keyboard, grab the shot, upload it somewhere, and then drop the URL into the post using (image).

Just find an image you like, right-click and select "save as"... save it somewhere on your PC and then upload it directly from your drive instead of using a URL... simple as that. Just a heads-up: the limit is 50x50 pixels.
