p.s. You might also want to look into Levetin; it’s a bit gentler on your system since it doesn't hit your liver quite as hard as Claritin—or Rinolan, which is basically the same thing from the same manufacturer.

I deal with allergies myself. God forbid I walk into a cloud of dust without having taken a pill, though I try my absolute best to avoid those triggers entirely.
I’d suggest heading over to a local used bookstore and picking up a guide on herbal medicine. Personally, I swear by it.
The real distinction between herbs and pharmaceutical drugs is that plants work more gradually, but they don't come with those nasty side effects.
So, it’s worth the investment, especially since you aren't in a rush—this is just a part of life you have to manage.
Find a remedy and take it steadily, following the dosage instructions daily, and after a while, you'll start feeling much better.

That said, I don't think it's wise to live in total isolation. You need to expose yourself occasionally—whether it's visiting a riding stable, spending time with a cat or dog, or even just sweeping up some dust. If you live in a completely sterile environment, you won't build any real immunity for when your body inevitably has to fight back against dust and build up its defenses!

I’m still out here hunting down those $7 blocks of peanut butter
I'd kill for one right now!

I’ve basically got the appetite of a small bird, haha, but I make up for it by crushing kilos of chocolate every single day... and honestly, it’s killing me. I’ve actually tried to quit... but let’s just say it hasn't gone well.

What’s the verdict on weight gain?
I’m going to give it a shot, even though I absolutely can't stand Vopi.🤣

Look, I know it’s not exactly gourmet, but it beats grabbing hot dogs or processed deli spreads all the time, haha.
As for gaining weight, I gave up on worrying about that a long time ago..

I actually got chills reading that... going without food for an entire week? I can't even remember who posted it, but honestly, it doesn't matter. That kind of thing just wrecks everything—your circadian rhythm, your sleep, your mental health, the whole works.
Hang in there, buddy. Keep your head up, everything is going to be fine!

I’ve seen some absolutely disastrous advice on this thread...
Look, I don't have the issues you're describing; if anything, my situation is the exact opposite. I’ve got a fast metabolism, I'm 19 years old, 5'9", and weigh about 135 lbs—down from 139. I can't seem to put on any weight at all.
My friend, here is some sincere advice: eat as much as you possibly can, but be smart about it.
Cut out the sodas and all that junk food. Instead, invest in some good quality fruits and vegetables, and pair that with physical activity. Go chop some wood to get a real workout, or just head out for a run in the countryside to soak up some fresh air...
I’m not joking; please don't mistake this for sarcasm...

As for diet specifics, I can't give you a magic formula, but you have plenty of resources: there are hundreds of forums (which, in my opinion, are the best sources), books, the internet, and even friends...

From what I can tell, your current diet isn't doing you any favors. For breakfast, maybe try some whole grains—though you should look into whether specific types affect weight gain. Or just grab an apple. For lunch, stick to home-cooked meals. If you have a garden, growing your own veggies is unbeatable; let me know if you want tips, because we have a garden and some experience with it. Just wash everything thoroughly. Personally, I spent a lot of time digging through books and found a mountain of information. You can usually find great stuff in used bookstores for next to nothing.

Regarding vegetables—whether you like them or not—give them a shot. But don't boil them into mush; steam them instead so they actually retain all their nutrients.

For dinner (this is something I make quite often), I grate an apple and a carrot, juice an orange, and mix it all together with some homemade grain "flour."
Take some brown rice, rinse it in hot water to get rid of excess starch, and then use a small grinder at home to break it down—not into fine flour, but into larger granules. Mix that with some almonds or whatever else you like. Wheat is incredibly healthy too. If you want, you can drizzle a little honey over it and enjoy.
My sister practically glares at me when she sees me eating this... but honestly, once you get used to the taste, it's great. Even though carrots aren't my favorite, I can manage. Trust me, it is INCOMPARABLE to eating processed deli meats or sausages. Gross!

If you want some help navigating this, feel free to send me a private message. I'd be more than happy to chat.

I don't have much trouble with freckles, maybe just one or two here and there... but lately, I’ve had this little cluster on my face that’s been driving me absolutely crazy for about two months now.
Generally speaking, if I get a single painful spot, I just slap on some Penaten cream or even a bit of toothpaste in the morning—bam, and it's handled.

I’m dealing with this too. It’s like I’ll be mid-sentence, hit a mental wall, and just... stop. Or someone asks, "Wait, didn't you just say you were at..." and I honestly have no clue what I was talking about two seconds ago.
If I need to remember a single word, I’m basically getting a zero.
Honestly, man, I’m starting to get pretty worried about my finals at State University.
Help!
Just to be clear, I’m not an alcoholic or a drug user or anything like that. This is just typical teenage stuff—my mood swings fifty times a day.

I deal with allergies too—dust, mites, rabbits, even carrots to an extent. Dust is my absolute nemesis, but I just take an antihistamine whenever I need it, like Claritin or Allegra (I think they’re basically the same thing). There’s also Letizen, which is a bit gentler.
I've never had any allergy shots. Most of my allergies actually cleared up by about 80% once I hit my teens.
It doesn't occur to me to pop pills every single day; I just manage it as needed.
During the summer, when I'm out swimming, everything feels perfect.
You might want to try something like Ocean Spray nasal spray—it's just purified seawater.
In my opinion, you shouldn't try to live in a sterile bubble. I actually make an effort to expose myself to dust occasionally to try and build up some kind of immunity—you know, sweeping or something along those lines.

As for the sneezing, my sinuses are a total disaster; I'm blowing my nose 365 days a year.
I HATE IT!
