Lawrence Wright7, I’m sorry you’re dealing with this... I don't really know what to say, but let me give you an example of a family I know who lives off flipping houses they renovate themselves. During this recent downturn, they had zero buyers. They sat on three apartments for two years without a single inquiry. Before that, they barely managed to sell one house to someone from Canada. Just recently, though, they sold two units at once—also to Canadians. One guy showed up, loved the place, and told his buddy he had to take the second one...!!
I'm just saying, maybe try listing your place on some Canadian real estate sites? They seem like the best demographic for this. 😉Your place looks great, and honestly, compared to what else is out there, the price is a steal...
