Writing in from Mexico—well, I mean, just checking in. I had my surgery back in February at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in New York City. It cost me about $1,000 per eye, plus maybe $100 for the initial exam. My prescription was -5 and -5.5, and honestly, I feel amazing now. After all these years, I’m finally glasses-free. It did take about a month for everything to settle down, though. At first, my vision was weird—one day it was great, the next it wasn't, just kind of up and down like that. Everything is perfect now, except I guess I need reading glasses for work since I'm 45. No regrets, though. Dr. Vukosavljevic did my procedure, and from what I heard, he actually perfected his technique over in Chicago. So yeah, that's pretty much the deal. If anyone wants to know more, you don't even have to fly all the way to Russia. I'll share whatever else I can.
Any idea how I can get ahold of the gentleman from North Mexico? Cheers.🤷

what kind of "downfall" are you even talking about... nobody's life falls apart from smoking weed, especially not just recreationally. It's not gonna wreck your brain, and honestly, it’s way less damaging than alcohol or cigarettes (for the hundredth time).
The only way you "fall apart" is if the cops bust you with a joint in your hand and you end up in prison for a few years... that's why we need legalization.
Are you actually sure about what you're saying???? What does "recreational" even mean? Like, "sometimes I do, sometimes I don't"? And what happens if tomorrow you decide you want something stronger recreationally? I'm not against it being legal in the Netherlands—that's a long way away—but not here in our backyard. I'm sorry we don't see eye to eye, but that's just how I feel. I wish you could just say I was right for once.
It feels pretty selfish to think this only affects you and nobody else. What about your moms, dads, or siblings? Do you ever stop to wonder how they feel watching you go down a bad path? You really need to snap out of it while you still can. Isn't there better stuff out there than weed? Just look toward the future for a second. One day you’re gonna have kids of your own. Would you honestly want them smoking this stuff? Cheers.

I wanted to share some tips on how I got to this point—it almost looks like the Psoriasis is totally gone, though I know it's just hiding somewhere, waiting for the right moment to flare up again. Last year, after three years of being okay, I ended up back at the Mayo Clinic. When I finally got discharged, my skin actually looked better than when I first checked in. Once I got home, I decided to take some advice from a friend of mine who works as a pharmacist in Chicago. She told me to stop using all those greasy ointments like Belosalic, Beloderm, or Psorcutan immediately. Instead, I started treating the affected spots with strictly natural stuff—just various oils after I shower, beeswax balms, and most importantly, a heavy rotation of natural teas to detox my liver and my whole system. After about ten days of drinking these specific teas she gave me (the kind you can find in any health food store), I started drinking 1-2 liters of green tea daily, along with two cups of a blend made of oak bark, calendula, nettle root, nettle leaf, nettle seed, and dandelion root. I also used calendula ointment. Even today, I still just drink two cups of green tea and use calendula cream after my showers because my skin gets super dry. My friend mentioned there’s a dermatologist at the VA Hospital who thinks the biggest issue with Psoriasis is actually using creams like Beloderm; they just irritate the skin even more when what you really need is to soothe it.
CAN YOU PLEASE REPEAT WHICH TEAS YOU WERE DRINKING? WHAT ARE THEY CALLED? I'VE BEEN DRINKING GREEN TEA FOR OVER A YEAR NOW BUT IT HELPED LOWER MY HOLESTEROL INSTEAD. CALENDULA CREAMS—THANK GOD THEY EXIST AND AREN'T PRICEY. BIG HELLO FROM Texas.👍

The best move is just to go see a dermatologist right away. Seriously, don't wait on this one.😢😢
What I was actually trying to get at is that my uncle has psoriasis too, so I definitely inherited it from him. So yeah, it's totally possible.....😢
Psoriasis is definitely a genetic thing!!!!
Good luck with everything!!!!!!!!🙂
But in my family, nobody else has it. I have psoriasis and my daughter has vitiligo, even though none of the older relatives seem to remember anyone ever having anything. It’s just bad luck, I guess. Or maybe just our luck living here in the States. Anyway, hi to everyone on the forum and good luck with the treatment.

Go straight to a dermatologist so they can take a skin biopsy and run tests to get a real diagnosis.
I guess it might be better if you don't put anything on your skin for a bit before they take the sample, and even then, waiting for results takes maybe 10 days.
So, yeah, to cut down on the uncertainty, just hurry up and see a specialist.
I honestly hope you won't have to "hang out" on this forum much longer.
Best,
They did a biopsy on me, but it didn't show anything. I have a friend who also deals with psoriasis, and they've had samples taken a few times too—nothing. I guess a biopsy doesn't always give an answer, but you definitely need a good doctor.
Kate Williams41 said:I'm not really sure what that is... but if I can help at all... I think you have something posted on page 73, if I remember right!!
So there it is...
Good luck! Best,👋
Thanks a bunch, take care
Has anyone ever heard of those KALAWALLA capsules for psoriasis or vitiligo? What's the deal with them? Like, where can you even find them?
I started using Dr. Michaels' stuff back on January 15th. Fast forward about a month, and my psoriasis is basically 99% gone. I’d been messing around with White Hall for over a year before this, but honestly, nothing really worked. I'm super happy with the Dr. Michaels products. For the first two weeks, I was applying them morning and night, then just switched to once a day at night. I'd say I recommend them to everyone. I picked mine up in Chicago through Viderm—they have a website if you need it. Greeting
