Is it just me, or do we always get way too excited when a rookie gets early reps in camp? I always worry we're just falling for the "potential" trap before they've actually proven they can handle a real game. Anyone else feeling skeptical about the sudden roster shifts this early in the season?
Sophia Martinez65, you’re actually okay with someone chugging 3 liters of milk a day—right? Like, seriously?
I see people are shamelessly overstepping boundaries again. :mad rolajz:
Maybe three liters of milk is overkill.
I was reading somewhere that athletes need between 1 and 2.7 grams of calcium a day.
If I’m knocking back 3 liters of milk daily—and since there's about 1.2g of calcium per liter, that puts me at 3.6g total—plus I eat five eggs every single morning which are also loaded with calcium in the yolks...
I'm honestly worried that much extra calcium might trigger kidney stones or something. What do you guys think?
Anyone know a decent nutritionist worth talking to? I need someone who actually knows their stuff.
I’d drink milk with only 0.9% fat—basically skimmed. Does anyone here actually know a decent nutritionist?
Is it actually okay to chug 3 liters of milk a day without wrecking my health?
I read somewhere—somewhere online, anyway—that drinking too much milk can lead to liver cirrhosis. Is that even real? Am I totally overdoing it with my plan? Please, give me some actual arguments here, for God's sake.
I’ve got a massive phobia of the deep ocean—and honestly, standing next to those gargantuan cargo ships? Absolutely not. If I somehow slipped into that gap between a massive vessel and the pier, I’d probably die of pure terror before I even hit the water.
One of my worst nightmares is being stuck on some giant tanker in the middle of a midnight storm—just me, the pitch-black Atlantic, and that terrifying sound of massive amounts of metal screeching like styrofoam under the pressure of the waves.

Then again, you shouldn't be shoving them in too deep; just making a little plug at the entrance of the canal is enough... don't go poking at your eardrums.😁
Sadly, it’s not that brand. I tried going without my plugs for a day or two—just to see if I could handle it—and the results were a total disaster. Everything came rushing back: the loud PC, my obnoxious brother, my freezing mother 😁 , even the doors rattling every time there's a breeze. I'm going right back to my peace and quiet with my plugs. It’s honestly amazing—listening to nothing but my own pulse and breathing while everything else just fades into a dull, distant hum...👍

😕
Any drugstore carries them—they cost next to nothing, like, pennies.
I’ve been hating them lately though—been shoving them in too deep and now my eardrums are killing me.😢

Look, I’m telling you—go grab Hess's Glass Bead Game. It’s complex enough to absolutely wreck that army of gray matter in your brain—it'll send those little mental Ferraris straight to sleep for you.👍
It’s a total scam trying to cure insomnia just by reading a good book—honestly, it rarely works.😉
How long does it actually take to pass out after taking some Samuel?
Earplugs were a total game changer for me—they used to bug me out, but now they’re basically mandatory if I want any kind of decent sleep. Highly recommend them to anyone who can stomach having a little wax in their ear.
These sound suppressors work so well that I can barely hear the insane, jet-engine roar from my PC tower sitting right by my feet.
