One leg is shorter than the other

I am not entirely sure why that was put in quotation marks, but there certainly is help 🙄 available
.
The most straightforward solution is to utilize orthotic shoe inserts, specifically custom insoles...
Another option involves surgical intervention, though that is generally not recommended if the limb discrepancy is less than three or five centimeters (I cannot recall the exact threshold at this moment).
The surgical approach varies significantly depending on whether the discrepancy is in the lower leg or the thigh.
I do not wish to cause unnecessary alarm, but without an insert, the spine suffers immensely and will eventually undergo misalignment, which is a serious matter.
Therefore, one must use an insert to prevent further issues. 😉
