Haha, thanks so much! I'll give it my best shot—fingers crossed that lady luck finally decides to smile on me for a third time! 😁

I searched everywhere and kept seeing people say you just need to install that little extension for the Bookmarks Tab. So, I went ahead and did exactly that. Now, when I click it, the tool directs me to select the specific image I want to import. I follow the prompts, click the image, type in all my tags and the title, and everything seems perfect—but the second I hit "Add," I get this error message saying, "Sorry! Items from [every single website I can think of] may not be imported."

Where am I going wrong here? 😢

Does anyone have any insight? 😉

How on earth am I supposed to add an image from a website over to Palo Alto? I have searched everywhere online, and the consensus seems to be that I need to install that little browser extension onto my Bookmarks Tab. So, fine, I went ahead and installed it, but now I’ve hit a complete standstill. When I follow the prompts to click on the specific image I want to import, I select it, I meticulously type in all the necessary tags and the title, and I do everything by the book—yet the moment I hit "Add," I am met with this frustrating error message stating, "Sorry! Items from (every single conceivable website I have tried) may not be imported."

Where exactly am I going wrong here? 😢
